“First time here on a Friday night. We had reservations that were mixed up. Even though the restaurant was expected to be full they accommodated the 6 of us. The owner came over to greet us. I told him that this was my first visit. (Everyone else had been several times) Oh then he proceeded to bring bite size samples for me to try. He then offered up suggestions as to what I need to have for an appetizer, main course and even dessert. Food bursts with flavor. But the real experience here was the service. First class. Thank you all for the dining experience.”

From the time I make reservations through walking through the front door of the restaurant, the service, the managers, the chef, the food, to serving the BEST ITALIAN CUISINE SINCE ITALY, and cleanliness in the restrooms. Look, I live in Old Town Alexandria, VA, where there are some of the best Italian restaurants on the East Coast but those restaurants do not compare to my Maggiano’s. I seriously have to drive out of my way, Springfield, to get the Best Italian on the East Coast. It’s worth every second. The cuisine inside this Maggiano’s tastes exactly like my Italian grandparent’s cooked it. I frequent this restaurant at least once or twice a week. “This place looked good so we wanted to give it a try. We got the pollo saltado (chicken with red onion and fries in a tasty sauce with rice) and pesto lomo (beef with spaghetti in a basil pesto). Both were served with garlic bread, and both were delicious. I asked for the chicken to be without tomatoes. Unfortunately it was served with tomatoes, but Geraldine apologized and quickly replaced it with no tomatoes. We also tried the raspberry cola inglesa (yum) and flancocho - a chocolate / vanilla-ish (?) cake that was delicious. The prices seemed a bit high, but the food and menu seemed very authentic. 100% Peruvian according to them... Our bill said "Hot and cold" so maybe it's their partner?”

And on top of all the choices, they make their own Peking duck, home made! Just call ahead of time because they only offer it once in a while of course since they make it from scratch.
The service is top notch, the owner Ms Dan has the most wonderful smile and makes you feel so welcome. Good customer service is so rare nowadays!
It is a family business I found out, Ms Dan runs the front and her husband the kitchen. That’s why I trust the food and wish them all the success they deserve.
I think I have tried most of their dishes so far and they are all wonderful!

Bartender Bo is indeed "super cool" and funny. Servers Mario and Andrea are helpful, attentive, efficient, and keep everyone very well-fed. Chef Pete (different one) regularly impresses with tasty appetizers, entrees, salads (Greek is a fave), desserts, and more. More than worth a visit - keep going back! It has been a hot minute since I could say I had some good chicken but I can say with complete confidence that THIS is the best chicken I have had.
We drove quite a ways to try this place out, my partner kept telling me how absolutely delicious it is and I just had to see for myself.
The indoors is beautiful and comforting! A wonderful cafe and our server was surprised to see we wanted to sit in but very friendly!
We ordered the soy garlic mixed wings and drumsticks alongside the bulgogi fries with a side of pickled radish.
When I say the fries were a perfect balance of crisp and fluffy inside, I mean it and good LORD the bulgogi as well as the sauce? Immaculate, delectable.
The sauce was a savory, salty, sweet combo that perfectly complimented the fries, green onions and the tender bulgogi.
I stuffed my damn face but I was NOT ready for what was to come.
The CHICKEN oh god the chicken.
Have I ever had chicken so perfectly fried? Hell no.
I bit into it and it was pure bliss.
The crunch was perfection, each crisp bite was like delicate glassy perfection.
The flavor was amazing and the portions were wonderful.
My big back ended up having to take some home.
And the pickled radish was the icing on this wonderous feast.
It was sweet, it was acidic and it was damn refreshing.
All in all a 10/10 for me. Perhaps a bit pricey but it is a price I am willing to pay for pure culinary bliss.”

“They got it Perfect this time, Service was Speedy, Very Friendly Very Well Done! We are very picky pizza people too, we got carryout. Large Thin Thin crust was Thin Thin Perfect! The regular crust small was also perfectly cooked and both served very quickly. We stayed a bit watching the NBA Finals on the Big TV and the place is Clean. Both Pizza's are Fabulous the next day also. We will definitely order again maybe give Delivery a try?”

Dietary restrictions: It is easy to do low carb here with the fajitas or the camarones Cancun. Just have them leave the rice and tortilla off.”
