“An absolute gem!! Food was delicious and cooked perfectly. The service was quick and very friendly. You can tell this is a family affair. The kitchen appeared spotless and well run. We came all the way from Baltimore and plan on making this a regular stop. My wife and I split the wedge salad and the 32oz cowboy ribeye. It was perfection.“

Upon arrival, the hostess greeted us with a smile and acknowledged our anniversary. The table included confetti and a menu signed by the staff acknowledging our anniversary which was a special touch! Our waitress Susie provided AMAZING service was well versed in regard to the menu. I highly recommend the Brussel sprouts, oysters and halibut. My husband enjoyed his steak as well. “Today my husband and I had the opportunity to dine at Fleming. The staff was AMAZING! Matt, the manager was on top of every request, need, and want. As soon as anyone in the restaurant needed anything, we witnessed him assisting the service staff to make sure that it was done immediately. He is the type of manager that people dream of! Wish he were on my team. Luis was our server and was great! He was on top of our every need, was attentive, and easily on of the best servers I've ever had. To round out the team, Juan was behind Luis with any additional support that we needed. Quiet professional with great service; Quick, fast, and in a hurry. The ambiance of the restaurant is hard to find in DC. It was quiet enough for a one on one conversation, but energetic enough to make sure that we were not bored. The food was top notch! My stomach hurts because I should have tapped out 15 minutes ago but the food was too good to stop. I'd recommend the Leviathan wine and tomahawk steak. We are big eaters and could not finish our salads and soup, steak, or desserts! My husband highly recommends the French onion soup, Mac and cheese, and Brussels sprouts. Overall the service, ambiance, food, and staff were wayyyyyy more than we expected. We look forward to patronizing this location again. I wish I had pics, but we ate too fast.“

“After many fabulous visits to this Ruth's Chris, the restaurant seemed to have an off night last evening. In addition to the corporate Tastemaker Dinner, there were several other private dining events competing for the kitchen. The result was steak that did not have that Ruth's Chris sizzle. Plate was hot; steak was not. Other than that, service was impeccable as always, and the wines (and the wine rep) were great! The only other comment concerns the recent renovations, which removed the drapes from the windows in the room where the wine dinner is held and replaced the drapes with material that allowed the sun to shine in people's faces. It was uncomfortable for those facing the windows until the sun got lower.“
