Until recently, Chima was one of my go to restaurants for family and business dinners.
Not any more. The focus used to be decent service with good food. The focus is now money. Although the presentation has not changed, the quality of meats have degraded considerably, with most cuts now being dry, bland, chewy and tasting the same, i.e., reminescent of congealed, soft wood fiber. I don’t know where to even begin! This was by far the best experience I’ve had at any restaurant in a long time! Went to celebrate my father’s birthday with my siblings, son, niece and nephew and everybody was pleased. We had the pleasure of having Andrea as our server and when I say she went above and beyond for our group, I’m putting it lightly.
