Great service and overall experience. The food was good, a bit too salty in my opinion. The portions are huge, so after we finished the appetizers we were already full. There was a 30 minute wait time, although once seated I noticed the place had several empty tables similar to where we were seated at. Not sure why … They don’t take reservations.

LongHorn Steakhouse provides a good dinner with excellent service. Many servers are described as amazing, attentive, and phenomenal, providing great service even when busy. The food receives mixed reviews. Some steaks, like the ribeye and sirloin, are called incredible, excellent, and great, cooked perfectly. However, other experiences include steaks that are overcooked, overseasoned, or incorrect, like receiving a sirloin instead of a rib-eye. Sides like the potato are good, but toppings can be minimal and vegetables sometimes overcooked. Mistakes with orders do occur, but staff typically work to resolve them, sometimes by removing items from the bill. Many customers would go again or return, though some note the chain might be slipping. The Manassas location is considered better.
