“Despite being a smaller restaurant, the atmosphere was very calm and welcoming. The owner/manager was very courteous and helpful, as he made excellent suggestions for my meal. The service was quick and efficient. The calamari was perfectly fried, crispy and delicious, and the pho was outstanding. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone craving Vietnamese cuisine.”

“The hidden GEM!!! A must try Chinese food in Lake Ridge. One of our favorites. It’s hidden but well worth a drive for amazing quality meals. Everything tastes amazing. On takeout they take care of you with utensils and sauces. One of our favorites are chicken, fried rice, and shrimp and broccoli. Also must try the spring rolls. Great family owned small business. I’m so glad the food is amazing because it feels great supporting your local businesses and enjoying delicious foods. We’ve been dining there for the past four years and never had a bad experience it’s a go to meal for Chinese food. The portions are sooo large that you will have delicious leftovers for the next day!! It is a takeout only so plan accordingly.”

Everything else was great, ordered online picked up through window customer service was on point, they were quick efficient, and my food was hot and fresh. This is one of the better McDonald's in the area and I'd prefer this one over the new one by WoW.”

“Usually First Watch is very good. Good food and good service. Kind of a slow wait, if you get there around 10am on Sunday. Unfortunately, Sunday, April 21 wasn't as good. Got there about 7:45am. Hubby and I got sat to the left of the bar area. Sat for about 10 minutes. A guy, by himself, got seated in the same area. He was served his coffee and his order was taken. I said to the server, "Don't forget about us over here." She looked over and then left. We waited a few minutes, then got up and asked to speak to the manager. He said sorry about that, we can seat you in another area if you'd like. I noticed the server starting out, then she turned around and went the other way. Not sure what her problem was that day. So we went to IHOP, got sat and served right away.”

Biggest caveat, which is one of their strengths, is that the restaurant makes everything fresh… The spice levels have been variable at the five or six different ones I’ve been to! I only get mild, it sometimes the mild is too spicy. Then I’ll ask for “no heat” and it will be completely unseasoned…. If I could just find some consistency in their mild, I’d be good to go. LOL So far my favorite location has been crystal city around the pentagon shops. They always add ranch, and the cook is impeccable!”

Their cashier, EuEu, I believe is her name, has the best customer service skills I have seen in decades. She is warm in approach, kind hearted, and very friendly. This restaurant needs to stay in woodbridge for years because I’m a native and have not come across such customer service like this years for hibachi food. I came yesterday and came back again today. The taste of the flavors kept calling my name.

“we arrived hungry and wanted to try a little bit of everything. we ordered pins coloda, cheese empanada, mofongo con pollo frito, tostones, and a pincho de pollo. ALL OF IT WAS DELICIOUS. the mofongo was AMAZING. so garlicky. so fresh. the empanada took me back to my childhood. this is authentic puerto rican food! they were out of arroz when we arrived…. will try next time! we ate our dinner at the little picnic table while they played spanish music. lowkey it was a vibe.

“Has a great tropical vibe in music, colors, and artwork. Plenty of good hot and cold eats on the menu and seating. We love going for a smoothie, salad, or açaí bowl after working up a sweat at hot yoga. They used to have a caribbean jerk chicken salad, but no more now they have the wrap which has some heat and so good! Oh and don’t forget some Miss Vickie’s chips and a fresh baked cookie to hit the road. Love that this chain is available in any town or if we travel out of state.”

As soon as we arrived home almost 20 miles away, I realized my purse was missing and it was already 9:30 PM which meant the restaurant would be closing in half an hour. My husband jumped in the car and headed back while I tried calling the restaurant. After about 4 attempts calling I finally got through and was informed my purse had been found and I could pick it up the same night. My husband got there about 2 minutes before 10 PM and was handed my purse with all its contents intact. I am so impressed with the honesty and caring manner in which this situation was handled. The Rice Briyani is the best I've ever had anywhere. The lamb curry is so yummy! The chic peas are unbelievable delicious - melts in your mouth, we had to order extra to go after eating in! If you try the crab balls, you won't stop eating it. And the somosas - wow! Not to talk about the hot-fresh and fluffy naan! The menu is vast, and it doesn't matter what you order, it's finger-licking delicious. Plus the price is great, and the service wonderful! Anyone who goes there needs to salute the chef - he's cooking up "AMAZING"! WE WILL BE BACK!”
