Best authentic Mexican tacos I’ve had in years! Excellent, sabor único!
Street Tacos, over the continuous roar and fumes of the generator that powers this operation, cars speeding by just feet away. Under the closest shade tree, with the large flying bugs, ants and all, in Woodbridge, VA. I tried my first “Lengua” aka beef tongue, street taco. It’s best explained, in my mind as having the consistency of Foie gras, not as fatty and mild in flavor. I can’t believe I’m going say this, it reminds me of a fried chicken liver……
