“The best tacos around the area without a doubt. As a Mexican, it is tough to find good tacos around here and we always prefer homemade. But these tacos are legit. The taste is authentic and simply to die for!🤤 The queso birria tacos with the consomé are amazing! The tortas and the consomé on its own are delicious as well. Everything is top tier. Wishing continued success to Tacos El Vale✨“

“Stopped by to pickup a quick dinner after a long day and did not anticipate the quality of the good we got for the moderate price. Everything was prepared fresh and was delicious! Of course, we got pupusas (that's why we went there) and enchiladas and they did NOT miss. Highly recommend and will definitely be going back again.“

“I purchased almost everything on their menu, my family and I have tried their tacos de carne asada and pollo, torta de carne asada, and their quesadilla de birria. I have no complaints on the tacos or tortas. They tasted amazing. Their birria is a little saltier than I would want it to be. Their side of consome and rice is so delicious. I wouldn't mind going again just for tacos and tortas. I cant wait to try their steak and cheese subs. I'm looking forward to trying that next. I spent almost $50 wiht 2 quesdillas de birria, 3 tacos de carne asada, 3 de pollo, a torta de asada and a sidral. For that much food no complaints“

“The BEST Mexican food truck in the area! It is super authentic and always fresh. The food is amazing but in particular they’re made to order tamales. You have to contact the owners wife and get a minimum of 12 either chicken, pork, or rajas but trust me it’s worth it!“
