“Best birria tacos ever! Make sure you get the sides, rice, beans, esquiotes (elotes in a bowl). It was so good we got food to go to eat tomorrow. We live 60 miles away and unanimously agreed to come back here just for the food. They are getting a liquor license and will start serving drinks next week. I can't wait to return. Additional bonus, the staff was awesome, friendly, helpful, hospitable and the food came out quickly.“

“I truly can’t be more appreciative of Jay for going above and beyond for us! He came into work early to make what was probably the most delicious cheesecake my co-workers and I have ever tasted. It was absolutely perfect and made our birthday/good-bye/happy retirement celebration that much more special.

“This restaurant is definitely the best-kept secret in Woodbridge! We came once, and have never stopped coming. I came with a friend, and returned with my sons, and came back with my niece. I have eaten many South Asian cuisines, and none compares to this one. I can eat here all week and come back for the weekend. It's hard to decide on the best-tasting food here. The Rice Briyani is the best I've ever had anywhere. The lamb curry is so yummy! The chic peas are unbelievable delicious - melts in your mouth, we had to order extra to go after eating in! If you try the crab balls, you won't stop eating it. And the somosas - wow! Not to talk about the hot-fresh and fluffy naan! The menu is vast, and it doesn't matter what you order, it's finger-licking delicious. Plus the price is great, and the service wonderful! “This is one of my favorite pizza places in the area. The pizza does have less sauce as noted on other reviews. This actually helps me since I tend to get heartburn from pizza sauce. The bread and cheese that they use here is top notch and I actually feel like the sauce would drown out some of that flavor. Also, the steak and cheese is great!“

Everything that my family has tried is amazing. we found the resteraunt about 2 years ago, every since this is the only place we get food from when we order out. Mr. Sam's resteraunt prime pizza and grill has become a house hold name for us and brings us together whether over a delicious meal or phone calls to tell what we tried today. “My family’s been coming to Empire for the last 20 years, even after we moved 30 min away, this is still our primary Chinese takeout spot. My biggest mistake was not leaving this review sooner. Food is always great, incredibly quick. Sure, prices have gone up but food cost doesn’t just affect consumers, it affects businesses too, so while not ideal, I get it. Yesterday, my buddy and I ordered some food for carry out on our way out of his storage unit. Come to find out, if you don’t leave by 9pm, they lock you in, literally. I called Empire back to tell them of the situation, and without hesitation, they offered to bring our food to us at the storage unit despite being 5 minutes to closing by the time we figured out that the police officer’s code wasn’t going to work (we thought we were gonna have to stay the night). Not only that, when he realized our situation, he went back out to a gas station to get us utensils to eat our food there *and* got us 2 drinks. We ended up getting out very shortly after, but it really stuck in my head that this is one of the nicest things a complete stranger has done for me. I didn’t need any other reason to keep coming to Empire, but this validates my love for this place and the people that run it. The best part is the food was still warm when we made it back home. Can’t thank the Empire team enough. 👍“

“Top China is not my normal Chinese place - I have been a Sampan faithful since before Top China opened. However Sampan is closed on Mondays (currently) and I was at Pitkins so I stopped in and ordered the General Tso Chicken lunch special takeout (currently $10.75 with tax). “The pho was great, I enjoyed the slight sweetness from the rock sugar, with the balance of the fish sauce, it really came together well. Loads of meat in the House Special Combination Pho, I wasn't able to finish it, but it was delicious late too.
My only gripe with this place was the customer service, I have my order to the guy who seated me, as I already knew what i wanted, and was in a rush. Fifteen minutes later, another lady came and asked me what i would like to order... 🤦🏽‍♀️
They didn't come and check to see if I needed anything, if my food tasted OK, however there were staff sitting and chatting, given the restaurant was slow at one of the tables infront of the dining area with personal, and or office paperwork, another one of my pet peeves, not professional. I had to ask for a togo container and walk up to the counter to pay check, no big deal, but just lacked customer service, not paying attention.“

“I can confidently say Tacos El Costalilla has the BEST tacos in Woodbridge. Everything about this place is amazing. The service is always so friendly and the food comes out super fast, which I love.

They also have a self-serve topping bar, so you can load up your tacos exactly how you like them. I got the carne tacos and they were SO good, especially with a fresh piña juice on the side. You can really taste that all the drinks are made fresh.

My friend ordered the al pastor tacos and honestly… she said they were even better than the carne 😭 she also got the horchata and loved it.

I also tried a cheese pupusa and it was SO good. This is honestly the first place I’ve tried in the area that has both amazing tacos AND pupusas done right.

And to top it all off, I got a churro at the end (yes I was being big back 😂) and the lady made it fresh for me without me even having to ask. That alone made the experience even better.

I seriously love this place and will keep coming back. If you’re in Woodbridge and want real, flavorful tacos, you NEED to try it.“

The manager goes above and beyond. They even gave out gifts to all the mothers on Mother's on Mother's Day (a candle and mug) how incredibly thoughtful! Not to mention the burgers and fries were top notch.“

“Went to this location yesterday evening around 530pm with a couple of friends. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and how amazing they were. We had two gluten free orders and one regular and the attention to the cross contamination protocol was outstanding. All the staff were friendly and attentive and I can’t say I’ve ever had a better experience anywhere.
The pizza itself is, hands down, the absolute BEST GLUTEN FREE PIZZA I have ever tasted
