“I was so glad when we found this place! It is tiny (7 tables + carry-out, I think). The food is Korean. Classic bibim bahp, daeji bulgogi (spicy stir-fried pork), jahm-bong (spicy noodle soup with vegetables and a little squid), and several others. There is only one other place in Woodbridge where you can get Korean food, and I prefer Dosirock. Try it. I think you'll like it. Rocky“

“I can go on and on about how delicious our food was and it was! I had the pineapple salmon and shrimp and my husband had the ribs. I also had a delicious double back pineapple martini which was one of the best martinis I've ever had.

However, what took our visit over the top was our server, Katie! I cant remember the last time we have had such excellent customer service! The recommendations for meals and drinks she provided was top-notch and her hospitality and conversation were next level! She is the reason my husband and I will continue to return!“

“This is one of my favorite pizza places in the area. The pizza does have less sauce as noted on other reviews. This actually helps me since I tend to get heartburn from pizza sauce. The bread and cheese that they use here is top notch and I actually feel like the sauce would drown out some of that flavor. Also, the steak and cheese is great!“

“I've been coming to Buffalo Philly's for over 10 years now. I used to go often enough that the gentleman that opened the store knew my order when he saw my face.

Buffalo Philly's used to be my favorite cheesesteak place not only in Woodbridge, but anywhere. Unfortunately, I think management has changed in the past few years and they're simply not as good anymore. I haven't seen the (previous) owner, the guy that was from Toronto, in years.

I can't always put my finger on what the problem is. I'm not sure if they get their meats from a different vendor these days, or if it's the fact that they just put the cheese on the bread and the meat on top, instead of mixing the cheese with the meat while cooking, but something about this place just isn't there anymore. The mozzarella sticks and curly fries and cheese wiz don't seem to have the same pop that they used to, also.

Not to say Buffalo Philly's is bad. It's still better than a lot of standard Cheesesteak spots, but the fact that this was my absolute favorite and it took a step down just makes me sad.“

I just happened to catch it when I went to sign after it was already paid. My husband and I were so pleased with the food and service that we had already planned to tip 20%... Instead it felt like robbery. Not a very honest way to do business so I went from planning my next return to now second guessing if I'll come back. Still, the food was excellent. “This restaurant is definitely the best-kept secret in Woodbridge! We came once, and have never stopped coming. I came with a friend, and returned with my sons, and came back with my niece. I have eaten many South Asian cuisines, and none compares to this one. I can eat here all week and come back for the weekend. It's hard to decide on the best-tasting food here. The Rice Briyani is the best I've ever had anywhere. The lamb curry is so yummy! The chic peas are unbelievable delicious - melts in your mouth, we had to order extra to go after eating in! If you try the crab balls, you won't stop eating it. And the somosas - wow! Not to talk about the hot-fresh and fluffy naan! The menu is vast, and it doesn't matter what you order, it's finger-licking delicious. Plus the price is great, and the service wonderful! “Mr. Sams resteraunt is the best! there are so many food options from pizza, wings, subs, butter chicken gyros, ect. Everything that my family has tried is amazing. we found the resteraunt about 2 years ago, every since this is the only place we get food from when we order out. Mr. Sam's resteraunt prime pizza and grill has become a house hold name for us and brings us together whether over a delicious meal or phone calls to tell what we tried today. Everytime we order and taste something great and new we will make sure we share the experience with everyone. Thanks again Mr. Sam! My mom of course loved the pizza she picked up and the specialty.“

“My family’s been coming to Empire for the last 20 years, even after we moved 30 min away, this is still our primary Chinese takeout spot. My biggest mistake was not leaving this review sooner. Food is always great, incredibly quick. Sure, prices have gone up but food cost doesn’t just affect consumers, it affects businesses too, so while not ideal, I get it. Yesterday, my buddy and I ordered some food for carry out on our way out of his storage unit. Come to find out, if you don’t leave by 9pm, they lock you in, literally. I called Empire back to tell them of the situation, and without hesitation, they offered to bring our food to us at the storage unit despite being 5 minutes to closing by the time we figured out that the police officer’s code wasn’t going to work (we thought we were gonna have to stay the night). Not only that, when he realized our situation, he went back out to a gas station to get us utensils to eat our food there *and* got us 2 drinks. We ended up getting out very shortly after, but it really stuck in my head that this is one of the nicest things a complete stranger has done for me. I didn’t need any other reason to keep coming to Empire, but this validates my love for this place and the people that run it. The best part is the food was still warm when we made it back home. Can’t thank the Empire team enough. 👍“

“We visited Dixie Bones last night for dinner and I had the worst Dixie Chips I have ever had. Whomever put them on a plate should have known they were not edible. They were thin and full of grease. “Went to this location yesterday evening around 530pm with a couple of friends. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and how amazing they were. We had two gluten free orders and one regular and the attention to the cross contamination protocol was outstanding. All the staff were friendly and attentive and I can’t say I’ve ever had a better experience anywhere.
The pizza itself is, hands down, the absolute BEST GLUTEN FREE PIZZA I have ever tasted

“The pho was great, I enjoyed the slight sweetness from the rock sugar, with the balance of the fish sauce, it really came together well. Loads of meat in the House Special Combination Pho, I wasn't able to finish it, but it was delicious late too.
My only gripe with this place was the customer service, I have my order to the guy who seated me, as I already knew what i wanted, and was in a rush. Fifteen minutes later, another lady came and asked me what i would like to order... 🤦🏽‍♀️
They didn't come and check to see if I needed anything, if my food tasted OK, however there were staff sitting and chatting, given the restaurant was slow at one of the tables infront of the dining area with personal, and or office paperwork, another one of my pet peeves, not professional. I had to ask for a togo container and walk up to the counter to pay check, no big deal, but just lacked customer service, not paying attention.“

I have eaten everything on the menu and never dissatisfied. Def try the Cassava leaf with goat meat or the Egusi stew with banku! And all soups are delicious. “I can confidently say Tacos El Costalilla has the BEST tacos in Woodbridge. Everything about this place is amazing. The service is always so friendly and the food comes out super fast, which I love.

They also have a self-serve topping bar, so you can load up your tacos exactly how you like them. I got the carne tacos and they were SO good, especially with a fresh piña juice on the side. You can really taste that all the drinks are made fresh.

My friend ordered the al pastor tacos and honestly… she said they were even better than the carne 😭 she also got the horchata and loved it.

I also tried a cheese pupusa and it was SO good. This is honestly the first place I’ve tried in the area that has both amazing tacos AND pupusas done right.

And to top it all off, I got a churro at the end (yes I was being big back 😂) and the lady made it fresh for me without me even having to ask. That alone made the experience even better.

I seriously love this place and will keep coming back. If you’re in Woodbridge and want real, flavorful tacos, you NEED to try it.“
