“First time here on a Friday night. We had reservations that were mixed up. Even though the restaurant was expected to be full they accommodated the 6 of us. The owner came over to greet us. I told him that this was my first visit. (Everyone else had been several times) Oh then he proceeded to bring bite size samples for me to try. He then offered up suggestions as to what I need to have for an appetizer, main course and even dessert. Food bursts with flavor. But the real experience here was the service. First class. Thank you all for the dining experience.“

“Lived in NoVA for 12 years and this is the BEST pizza I’ve found. Made my first trip in last week for takeout and it was fantastic. Friendly people even when they were swamped with orders. Can’t wait to go back!“

“Went to BGR to grab a burger in person with my family. We had ordered from there before and thought it was really tasty so we had to get eat in the physical location. The staff was very friendly and explained the menu, they had multiple sauce options and burger toppings. The burger and fries came out delicious and made to order, and was decently priced at 13$ for bacon cheeseburger by itself. The interior was very casual and they had plenty of high chairs for small children. Would definitely go back, was so hungry I completely forgot to take a photo of the food. Took one star out for cleanliness but overall solid burger spot“

“The best Vietnamese food hands down! When I’m in the area I always have to stop by Le Bledo to get a banh mi and a soup. The consistent quality and attention to detail is what makes this place great. I know what to expect so I’m always satisfied with my food from the fresh baked daily bread to the variety of Vietnamese classic soups such as pho, bun bo hue, and bun rieu 😋 10/10 highly recommend and bring a friend!“

“I went here yesterday with a friend. He got a small supreme pizza and added black olives. I got a small extra cheese with fresh garlic. The food was freaking spectacular. Honest to goodness. Go there. Right now. Every single thing is currently 20% off. They also do delivery. You don’t have to use DoorDash or anything like that.
I swear to you. I’m visiting from New Jersey. I’m really picky about my pizza. This tastes like home. It’s that good.“

“I live in Maryland and the drive to get here was so worth it. The food is incredible, especially for the price. The service is very good, very kind and attentive servers. I come from a small-town rural area and can definitely say that this cafe emulated that small-town feel perfectly. You do not have to be a member or a veteran to eat here as well. Great breakfast spot, definitely come eat here!!“

“I ordered DoorDash had the Combination of Quabili Palau and Chalau, served with meat sauce and one skewer each of shami, chicken, and lamb kabob, and it was outstanding.
Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The Quabili Palau was rich and aromatic, the Chalau was delicious, and the meat sauce tied everything together beautifully. The kabobs were all excellent—the shami was tender and well-seasoned, the chicken was juicy, and the lamb was flavorful and perfectly grilled.
The portion size was generous, and the quality of the food was exceptional. The staff was friendly, and the overall experience was great. If you’re looking for authentic Afghan cuisine, I highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“I come here every time I get a chance, the staff is so welcoming and will do everything they can to treat you like family. The food is always perfect and the steak and chicken with the home made tzatziki is the best! I could go on and on about how much I love this place. “They were a little short-staffed, but I couldn't tell as far as the service. Our waiter was actually the bartender who was asked if he could help out, which he was happy to do. Despite working the bar and the dining area, he still managed to keep up fairly nicely. The one time he wasn't able to check on us, he sent someone else and she was just as nice. The food came out piping hot and it was delicious. The portion sizes were crazy!!! But, in a good way. Lol! All-in-all, zero complaints. Definitely would return if I'm ever in the area again.“

“The Extra Spicy Dry Hot Pot is insanely good. I get one of these every single time I come to Hot Peppercorn, and it hits just right every single time. I prefer it with pork, but you can get it with any pritein you prefer.
The waiters are always extremely attentive and nice, the food always comes out in a timely fashion, and I feel my soul heal itself a bit every time I get the dry hot pot. Absolutely in my Top 3 favorite restaurants ever because of this.“

“This was my first experience with this type of food, and it was good! Very filling, the single protein platter was more than I could eat in one sitting, and I'm a rather large eater. I would go back. However, I would say The Halal Guys are comparable to the Little Ceasars or Domino's of their place in the industry. If you want to play it safe with a commercialized version of Halal food, then this is it. Please don't take that as a negative, Little Ceasars has its place in the market & it's time for when necessary, and so does The Halal Guys.“

“We hired Akmal catering in Dec 2025 for June 2026 wedding. We visited their Springfield store front for food tasting and was wowed. Everything was delicious with true Pakistani flavor. We also loved the care to detail and was told they pack food at the end of ceremony for family as we all know we don’t eat when all is in play.
We just had our event 2 weeks ago and my guests are still raving about the food. We were able to customize the menu, price was amazing and there was enough food for our 200 guests. We never had to worry about quantity or quality. I highly recommend Akmal’s and will come back definitely. Beliw are very few pictures I was able to gather. May ALLAH swt give Barak to your business. Ameen!!!“
