The restaurant is clean and tied. cashiers are the best in the food industry. as a resident of Falls Church, this restaurant is my favorite restaurant in town. if I could, I would request the restaurant owner to add tips options to the register, so that we the customers to give a little extra to this hardworking tea. because most of us don't usually curry cash around. thanks to you all.“

“Such a cute place! We look forward to weekends to pop into La Madeleine’s after morning errands. It’s really charming and cozy, and the food is always so yummy and filling. Nothing better than sitting by the cobblestone fireplace with a warm coffee and chatting with a friend/loved one, getting some work done, or reading your book.Only downside is the service, which can be spotty. I don’t think I’ve ever had a great costumer service experience here. But I don’t go here to be chatted up and I don’t mind just ordering and being done with interactions.. but there have been times where the people cleaning the bathroom (because one of the two is out of service), is chatting on the phone while we wait to use it (over ten minutes), or the don’t get our order correct and when we inform them that we only received one of the two things ordered, the manager comes out and tells us we didn’t pay?? Which isn’t a big deal but the interaction feels kinda weird.Go for the cuteness and yummy food, just bring headphones if you go alone so you don’t feel so awkward when interacting with employees.. and don’t drink a bunch of coffee because you may have to wait for the bathroom.“

“I love the customer service I received when I walked in for lunch. The food was really good. Hot, tasty, and the amount was so worth the cost. The restaurant was very clean and if there was time I would have ate lunch there. It was a nice peaceful atmosphere.“
