“Tasty and Simple Lunch at Quickway!
That day we were super tired after monthly shopping, and honestly, didn’t have the energy to cook at home. So we went out for lunch and stopped by Quickway Japanese Hibachi. Since I love sushi, it was the perfect choice! We got two bento boxes and really enjoyed the meal. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. What I loved the most is that their food is MSG-free, which makes it feel even better to eat. Definitely a good spot for a quick and tasty lunch!“

“Good selection for a Chinese buffet. It’s a big one. They also have picky eater staples like chicken nuggets and mashed potatoes. They have sushi and even sashimi. It didn’t smell the most appetizing but it tasted fine. I haven’t gotten food poisoning but I did get the runs. Some of the “western” food like bbq spare ribs are actually Chinese-style which is cool.
On weekends it costs $20 per person all day, cheaper during weekday lunch + dinner. Soda costs $4. I would come here again if it was $10-15, but I’m also not from this area so my pricing standards are different.“

“Truly an outstanding meal (for one meat eater and one vegetarian): delicious, creative, multi-layered and a learning experience rolled into one. Kudos to Chef Rob and the team.

We are working our way through many of the DC Michelin Star restaurants (and we try to visit at least one when we travel to other cities): it is incredibly rare to immediately start making plans to come back again. Sure, plenty of them are delicious and would be enjoyable again, but don’t warrant the price tag or are too slow and elaborate to repeat with any frequency… some just aren’t worth returning to at all. But the value, the flavor, the experience and the ethics at Oyster Oyster have us wanting to return each season as the menu turns over and they weave in new seasonal, local, sustainable delicacies.“
