“We went today for the Mother’s Day brunch and an amazing experience. It wasn’t to crowded, the food was good and our Server Que was great. She didn’t have to do much because we were able to get our own food however she was attentive, she checked on us frequently and made sure our table was free of anything we were done with. She engaged with us and was very sweet. She mentioned Everything we wanted to know without having to ask her. Our bill came and even tho gratuity was added we gave her more because she deserved it. We will be back and hope to have Que again or a server like her.“

“I literally eat here several days a week. After a long day of delivering packages I have my mouth fixed for it. I order the same thing in different variations. The Philly chicken steak or Philly steak with honey bbq wings and fries. They know it’s me when I call. My food is always fresh and the food is always good. Days when I dont Feel like Cooking I know I can depend on a good hot meal. The staff is great and is Always nice no matter what’s going on. I’m definitely a loyal patron to this location. “I ordered fried baby back ribs on May 29, ticket number 148 from the restaurant in Oxon Hill, I have ordered these before and they were delicious. But this time the ribs were hard a scrawny with very little meat on them. Some of the pieces looked as though the meat had been cut away as if there was a spoiled spot on the ribs. Before the ribs had plenty of meat and was juicy. I will not be ordering these again. Please do better. Thank you“

“I attended a special dinner event at osteria costa on Friday April 27th it was a absolutely spectacular the live music and the food and specially the service Joel and Hugo were highly professional they were responsive of all my requests they never leave any empty glassed they replaced the silverware few times I really admired their full attention to details I highly recommend this place also Sunday beach is something to try .

His dedication to creating a first class experience for every guest shines through in every aspect of the restaurant. Rochelle was equally outstanding and provided warm attentive and genuinely exceptional service throughout my visit. The hospitality professionalism and care shown by both Alex and Rochelle made this one of the most memorable dining experiences I have had in a very long time. Old Hickory Steakhouse is operating at an incredibly high level and Alex deserves tremendous credit for that.“

The food was absolutely phenomenal and everyone in my party was extremely happy with their meal. The portions are very reasonable, and the prices are too. I had such a great experience at the IHOP on Oxon Hill Road! Xavier provided warm, friendly, and genuinely courteous service from the moment I walked in. You can tell when a team takes pride in what they do, and it showed everywhere.

The bathroom was spotless, and even the back room floor area was incredibly clean. To me, a clean restroom is always the biggest sign that a restaurant’s standards are on point across the board.

Honestly, I’m usually complaining about how I’m treated by people in the service industry around PG County, so today was a really pleasant surprise. It felt good to be welcomed with kindness, professionalism, and positive energy for a change.

I usually visit this location in the evening, and there’s also a tall male manager there who always makes me feel valued and welcomed as well. It starts at the top, and you can absolutely see the leadership reflected in the team and the environment.

Kudos to Xavier and the entire staff for making customers feel appreciated and cared for. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the warm atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back!“

I ordered a couple drinks that came out decently. A little too strong but flavorful.
