“Absolutely great experience always. Our experience was absolutely fantastic. The food was delicious, and the service exceptional.”
“We went today for the Mother’s Day brunch and an amazing experience. It wasn’t to crowded, the food was good and our Server Que was great. She didn’t have to do much because we were able to get our own food however she was attentive, she checked on us frequently and made sure our table was free of anything we were done with. She engaged with us and was very sweet. She mentioned Everything we wanted to know without having to ask her. Our bill came and even tho gratuity was added we gave her more because she deserved it. We will be back and hope to have Que again or a server like her.”

“The Prime Rib sandwich and the Mediterranean Salad were excellent and the servings were generous. Great place for watching games as they have many TVs set at different games. Placement of TVs are set so you can see several games at one time. Cam was our waiter. He had an outgoing personality and great sense of humor. He provided excellent service. I highly recommend Tom’s Watch Bar.”
“Dining in Succotash was a pleasant experience. The interior is beautiful and the staff is friendly. As a fan of the Culinary Show, we are lucky to have tasted KY fried tofu and Ribeye Kalbi appeared on the show. I strongly recommend the Ribeye. It was very juicy and satisfying.”

“My favorite quick go to spot! The food is amazing. Shoutout to my girl Tofa! She is so sweet and has great customer service, hard worker! My boy Lamont was in there too, he came with the recommendations and I LOVED what he suggested! The cooks are really awesome too! Thanks guys! 😆”
“I’ve read the bad comments and I think they are very over exaggerating! This place is the bomb I eat there everyday the cashiers on down to the cooks are very friendly I know everyone by name and when I walk in the door all I hear is welcome to Charleys!! Maybe they visited this location on days where it may have been busy and understaffed but even on those days I still get my food made with love . I give this business a great rating ?”
“This place was recommended by a friend who lives in the area-and to him, I say THANK YOU! Everything was excellent, from the staff to the food; I couldn't have asked for better. The calamari and shrimp with peppers appetizer were possibly the best appetizer I've ever had. The lasagna was out of this world cheesy! It was delicious in every way. Highly recommend this place; you won't be disappointed!”

“I came here for a friend's birthday, and she rented a private karaoke room. We had an absolute blast! I didn't get a chance to try the food, but everything I saw coming out looked really good.
The karaoke room was pretty warm, but I just assumed it was because there were a lot of us in a small space, so it wasn't a big deal.
The real problem was when our room time was over and we went into the main area. It was HOT—like, no air at all. And I'm not talking about the Chris Brown and Jordin Sparks song. 😂 It was honestly unbearable. With the heat wave we've been having, there's really no excuse for the AC to be struggling that much.
Other than that, we had a great time, and I'd definitely come back. I just hope management sees this and gets the air conditioning fixed because it would make the experience so much better.”

“Have been to MGM a few times but never stepped into Felts. Decided to meet up with friends after a concert and it was actually really chill. I only had drinks, so not too sure about food. There is a dress code so make sure you read that before going.
Will definitely go back for a longer stay.”
“The food at this place is good... I ordered chicken broccoli, orange chicken and While looking for the order, I ordered 2 soups wrong i was thinking about LO MEIN PLAIN, the person in front of me was so understanding and changed my order. The only I didn't like that the Angry Cook started speaking in another language At least I would expect wait until I leave.. .”

“The Belvedere Bar, situated in the lobby of the Gaylord National Resort, is truly the standout among the resort’s many dining and drink options. It has quickly become my favorite spot on the property. The service is consistently prompt and attentive, and the bartenders craft drinks that are both impressively balanced and strong.
A particularly thoughtful feature is their self-serve water station—an excellent convenience, especially given the high volume of guests the resort attracts. It’s a small detail that demonstrates the bar’s commitment to guest comfort and efficiency.
During the holiday season (November and December), the Belvedere Bar offers what is arguably the best seat in the house for viewing the resort’s Christmas tree light show. Enjoying a well-made cocktail while taking in the festive ambiance makes for a truly memorable experience.
Highly recommend stopping by—whether you're staying at the resort or simply visiting, the Belvedere Bar is a must.”

“My sushi order was phenomenal! From the customer service provided by Kiley and the wonderful fresh fish and the chef Tran, I will definitely be back to this location! If you are ever in the area you must visit Bento you won’t regret it. Very clean bar and music selection was pretty good as well. Awesome job National Market!”
“I'm mixed on how to leave this review because the SMALL NUMBER of staff working here are EXCEPTIONAL, but the staff needs to be BEEFED UP big time. It's not on the staff to do the work of 10 people with only five. It's on the owner to REMEMBER customer SERVICE is what keeps the CUSTOMERS returning.
Let me explain. Eli and Xavier were hustling from the front to the back, and you can tell that they're doing the work of TOO MANY people with TOO LITTLE staff. From the looks of things, this isn't just on the STAFF to make up for the lack of people to work. It's on the OWNER to pay the people to work, give them an honest wage, provide them with benefits, and grant them OPPORTUNITIES to advance to keep more people there and employed. If the staffing is THINNED out, the service will be SLIMMED out. There used to be a GREETER at the front of every IHOP, and there wasn't one. Xavier had to greet me while delivering three plates. I saw an entire family of seven leave because we were waiting to be seated in an EMPTY restaurant.
As far as the STAFF, they were PHENOMENAL. I met Eli and Xavier, and those guys were working HARD. As far as the MANAGEMENT -- which is probably more likely driven by the OWNERSHIP -- spend some money on the staff. It's not LOSING MONEY. It's INVESTING in your BUSINESS, and this is the HOSPITALITY industry. If the HOSPITALITY is gone because the business is not properly STAFFED to serve people, then more people will walk out just like the family I mentioned. I'm trying to be respectful and not say anything to diminish the hard work and hospitality of the FEW staffers that I interacted with who were Xavier and Eli, so I will mention their heroic efforts by name. However, it is necessary to invest in the staff to stay open. Please hear this review ownership. America is longing for the MUCH BETTER customer service that we all received prior to COVID-19.”
“And to Chris who was working window today 06/07/26 at around 11 am he is the best . Customer service was everything making sure my order was complete , even the worker who was on the radio taking order everyone’s customer service was excellent the man on the speaker helped me pick out my meal even though I go to bk a lot lol . But everybody customer service was immaculate so give the workers who was working today A SHOUTOUT !!! Yall make the world a better place”
“Decent place for crabcakes at MGM! The crabcake has a good amount of crab meat and comes with French fries—a little pricey, $33.99 for the Jumbo Crab Cake Plate. Big plus is that they are open fairly late, compared to the other food places there.”
“Been twice now. Pizza both times. Think meatballs the first also. Inside is nice, service was good and pizza is excellent and reasonably priced. Compared to quality of food court, you’ll do a handstand”
“I had a great time on 08/27/2023 sipping on a mock tail and listening to an amazing Saxophone player, Eddie Baccus Jr. Steve, the bar server was great! People were all having a great time! It was not crowded. I heard the Sax player from another area in MGM and the rich tones drew me to the upper level to “Lobby Bar”! So glad I stopped by! Great musician. Great sound! Great repertoire!”

“I literally eat here several days a week. After a long day of delivering packages I have my mouth fixed for it. I order the same thing in different variations. The Philly chicken steak or Philly steak with honey bbq wings and fries. They know it’s me when I call. My food is always fresh and the food is always good. Days when I dont Feel like Cooking I know I can depend on a good hot meal. The staff is great and is Always nice no matter what’s going on. I’m definitely a loyal patron to this location. It the best one in the DC area”
“I wanted to share my thoughts on the food and service at ST⭐️R carryout is A1. Overall, I have to say that I love it. The quality of the food and the level of service are exceptional. However, I do have some concerns about the location. It seems to be a bit inconsistent. Some days it's great, but other times I find myself hesitating to go there. I think it's something worth considering.”
“Just stopped in to have a drink before the KC and the Sunshine Band concert at the MGM. Got a Japanese new fashion. The Japanese new fashion was a tad bit sweet but well enjoyed because old-fashions is where I live. Cuvasin was well accepted. Hope we can come back and try again because we did not order food”
“This steakhouse in Gaylord hotel is easily accessible and has great views m, the food is always good and the service is top notch, but beware it's not cheap.”
“I order platters every December for our amnual Xmas party work. I ordered 6 wing platters and 9 full racks of ribs on xmas eve. The order was over $500. Everything was good. The only thing not 100% but still acceptable were the mild wing platters which could've been browned a bit more. Co workers ate hearty and good. They did good”

“I ordered fried baby back ribs on May 29, ticket number 148 from the restaurant in Oxon Hill, I have ordered these before and they were delicious. But this time the ribs were hard a scrawny with very little meat on them. Some of the pieces looked as though the meat had been cut away as if there was a spoiled spot on the ribs. Before the ribs had plenty of meat and was juicy. I will not be ordering these again. Please do better. Thank you”
“I’ve found myself inside the MGM National Harbor Casino twice and each time I’ve stopped here for a late night dinner. Both times I was impressed with the quality of the fish and for the price, the convenience of having this in the food area is great. I’ve tried the nigiri options as well as the raw roll options and neither time did I feel like the food wasn’t fresh despite it being very late and nobody else around. Don’t expect much of an atmosphere but the sushi bar does allow for a quick meal in peace.”
“The subway was inside of a Sunoco gas station, I didn't purchase anything from Subway but I did leave small like a Subway sub. It smelled delicious. So my review is purely based on the smell of the bread and the subs at the subway inside of the Sunoco near National Harbor. The lady who waited on me was also very pleasant. It was clean from what I can see. Oh and I started off by using the air pump for my tires, and then I went in and paid for my gas that's when I smelled the Subway!”
“While visiting National Harbor, I decided to try the Strawberry Milkshake from Potbelly, and it did not disappoint! The milkshake was rich, creamy, and full of strawberry flavor. It was the perfect treat while enjoying a walk along the waterfront.
One of my favorite touches was the Potbelly cookie placed on top of the lid—it added a fun and unique touch to the experience. The milkshake was cold, refreshing, and exactly what I needed on a warm day.
Combined with the beautiful views of the harbor, this made for a simple but memorable moment. I'll definitely be stopping by for another Strawberry Milkshake the next time I'm in the area.”
“Their food is great taste like a real Chinese carry out. I taste plenty other. Their chicken is big and stayed the same taste never change especially the mambo sauce. Try the General Tso’s chicken you see what he and his army ate before battle. They also give a lot take care of their customer satisfaction that’s what makes people keep coming back for more. Don’t complain you just missing out if you do. Good Luck are the Oxon hill residency people there know that is carry out to go list.”

“I have visited here twice on two different first Friday events and it's really a great time! Great people, no non sense, ambiance is really nice, the food is really good! I enjoyed the shrimp tacos and the braised beef!! Drinks were tasty too!”
“Family and friends had a great time here Saturday night! Food was great! Service was great!! Music was great! Not too overly crowded. Felt safe and comfortable for everyone in our group from 19 months old up to the adults! Definitely plan to go back! Special thanks to Arthur and David, manager and director, who took care of us! Thanks again for a good safe and fun evening!”

“I had the pleasure of celebrating my Bridal Shower at the Flight Deck & it was an absolute dream!
Derek Lovato was very attentive & reassuring throughout my entire experience of planning my event, ensuring everything would go smoothly & as planned!
It was such a beautiful view & all of my guests were amazed with the venue itself!
I highly recommend hosting a private event with the Flight Deck or even just coming down for a drink at their bar to enjoy the gorgeous views during sunset especially!
Thank you to Derek & our amazing bartender for making my special day so memorable!”
“Never had no hassle from them. I love that their pepperoni is beef. Cheesesteaks are like that. I enjoy the pizzas as well. I have no photos because I be destroying the food 😅😅😅 But I recommend this spot and good for late night when you getting off or need recovery food that actually food”
“I would totally recommend this, it’s really good and has a nice taste. They have great service and so many different options for food. My kids loved the food and they thought it was very tasty. So many items of food just for a little price is very nice and good.”
“Fried chicken was delicious and the greens were good. The Mac was the nastiest I EVER HAD👎🏾! Smoothie was SOO GOOD, would definitely come back for the smoothie and only the smoothie.
The food look nasty honestly, probably wouldn’t get anything other than the chicken.”
“Five stars, obviously. I practically live at Burger King because, well... I'm the King. Every morning I wake up on my royal throne, inspect the fries, and make sure every Whopper is worthy of my kingdom. The employees totally know me (at least in my imagination), and I like to think they're my loyal royal guards.
The food? Approved by the King himself. Whenever I walk in, I feel like I'm returning to my castle after a long journey. The burgers are my royal feast, the fries are my golden treasure, and the drinks are the official beverage of the kingdom.
Some people have houses, but I have Burger King. My mail definitely gets delivered there, and I'm pretty sure my bedroom is somewhere behind the kitchen. If you don't see me in the dining area, I'm probably busy attending an important royal meeting with my Whopper.
Jokes aside, it's always a fun place to grab a quick meal, and I never leave hungry. Long live the Whopper, long live the fries, and most importantly... long live the King! If you're looking for a royal dining experience, this is the place to visit. Your King has spoken.”
“I was afraid that with this location being so close to I 95/495, it might be a little bit of a tourist trap. But no, I had one of the best Big Macs I have had in a long time, meticulously assembled, not just thrown together in the box. Staff was friendly, service quick, and restrooms clean.”
“Stopped in the Oxon location for some seafood on the way from Virginia. Best blue crabs ever and I highly recommend them!!! Great customer service and very prompt. Will be driving up to visit again soon.”
“I always order online..never have a problem with dekivery..drivers are polite..I always call to request seasoning packets..never have a problem being accommodated..pizza always hot”
“Marva and Cici provide the most fabulous hospitality. Truly appreciate how responsive and attentive they both are. Definitely worth your time to check this place out.”
“Service was pretty good. I enjoyed my crab spinach and artichoke dip. The Parmesan wings needed to be fried harder. The French fries were seasoned well. Drinks could stand to be a bit more punchier for the price.”
“I tried the lobster slider, 2/$18. I will say the meat was what I would expect for a slider. The aïoli was an interesting addition. The hotel had given a free drinks coupon for a drink of the day (or house wine or beer) and it was a cucumber refresher, it was everything it promised. It was free and tasted great!”

“LIVE HAPP-ILLY !!
Illy Cafe DMV absolutely lives up to it's name thanks to the beautiful, stylish ambiance and the superb service demonstrated by Carla, Brian and the pleasant manager-fellow in the white shirt.
The overall cafe design is straight out of an Italian romcom. A variety of uniquely gorgeous and colorful demitasse saucer combos are sprinkled about the crisp fancy darkly-tiled interior, with the classic Illy-red logos and umbrella-shaded cafe tables perfected staged throughout both the indoor and outdoor seating areas. The scene exudes the understated class and charm that one would expect from a European street cafe. I've been drinking and ordering Illy espresso online for years now, and my first in-person experience exceeded my expectations.
Special thanks to the baristas, Carla and Brian! They were surprisingly not pretentious - as one may have expected from a stylish coffee shop such as this. They were professional, knowledgeable and helpful, as well as equally friendly, charming and fun! They set a wonderful, happy tone for the entire rest of my day!
Next time you visit the National Harbor, stop here first – for both the affordable, high-quality espresso and the friendly, mood-boosting social interaction.
Carla and Brian deserve further praise. Carla's barista art was phenomenal! And Brian makes the absolute best chai tea lattes! Both went above and beyond expected baseline quality customer service interaction. They worked together as a team, demonstrated great work ethic and people skills, all while smiling, joking and having fun!
The man I presumed to be a manager, due to his attire and general presence, seemed equally friendly and nice. A kind and friendly manager speaks volumes about an establishment. Thank you for treating your employees so well! The world needs more of this!
Thank you for making my first visit to an Illy Cafe and the National Harbor a memorable and wonderful experience!”
