Oxon hill location has the best customer service, food and the music….
I’ve read the bad comments and I think they are very over exaggerating! This place is the bomb I eat there everyday the cashiers on down to the cooks are very friendly I know everyone by name and when I walk in the door all I hear is welcome to Charleys!! Maybe they visited this location on days where it may have been busy and understaffed but even on those days I still get my food made with love . I give this business a great rating ?

The staff is great, always ready to make fresh food nice and hot. The Chicken Philly always hits, and the food comes out fast. The menu is great, with new sandwiches to choose from, including Turkey added to the menu. There are awesome flavors of lemonade like Strawberry, peach, or Mango. Vegetarian options include a veggie sandwich, and a sandwich can be made without bread into a salad. The store is always clean, and mobile pick up orders are always ready. The music is fun, with some R&B playing. There is plenty of parking available, and wheelchair easy access with staff ready to help carry food or open doors. The employees are always kind and try to find the fastest solutions to problems. This location is by far the best for a top tier Chicken Philly or traditional Steak and Cheese.
