Only drawback is the cashiering/register service- need to have designated area for pickup orders AND those placing orders (building their bowls and orders); wait time for picking up my order could have been quicker especially due to the fact I ordered a cold beverage with it“

“While visiting National Harbor, I decided to try the Strawberry Milkshake from Potbelly, and it did not disappoint! The milkshake was rich, creamy, and full of strawberry flavor. It was the perfect treat while enjoying a walk along the waterfront.
One of my favorite touches was the Potbelly cookie placed on top of the lid—it added a fun and unique touch to the experience. The milkshake was cold, refreshing, and exactly what I needed on a warm day.
Combined with the beautiful views of the harbor, this made for a simple but memorable moment. I'll definitely be stopping by for another Strawberry Milkshake the next time I'm in the area.“
