“My husband, son and myself ran into a little bad luck and had our truck breakdown by the Brandywine Chick-fil-A. Situation could not be worse due to us being so far from home and having a camper attached to us. We had to unhook the camper and take the truck to a local mechanic shop and just wait. That’s when the GM Mr. Alan saw us sitting in the heat and stopped by to check on us. He listened to our story and with a little push he convinced us to come to his store and eat some lunch. We were afraid to leave the camper due to someone possibly stealing it and he even insisted on parking his vehicle in front so no one would be able to get to it. My husband was the stubborn one and still insisted on staying with the camper but he made my son and I go and sit in the A/C. He then treated us to lunch which was completely not necessary but a blessing at the same time. I am not sure when I will be in the area again but I know if I ever am again. This location will certainly get our business. The entire staff was so sweet and helpful! Thank you so much for the hospitality!!!“

“Service was met w a smile which I was happy to see. The beef taco meat was a bit bland but tasty. The mesquite chicken was tasty too. The toppings were fresh. The corn tortillas were very dry so I'll get flour ones on next visit. The burrito w mexican rice, queso, beef and chicken, Romain lettuce and Pico degayo was delicious! Instead of opening the pita and putting everything inside (as is done at other CAVAs), they put the stuff on top of the pita, making it impossible to eat. Pita is a POCKET. You should be filling it on the inside! Please start making this correctly. Kind of shocking that you get this wrong. I won't go back until you do.“

The place was spotless and they had flowers on all the tables that really set a mood for a good dining experience. The staff was scary friendly. Almost too friendly. The food was typical of the brand. Maybe it was like this because of the holiday and wasn't very crowded, but I really liked the atmosphere here.“
