“I ordered no pickles on my sandwich and got pickles. When I went to exchange it, they gave me a new one, but kept the on w/ pickles. In the past when there were any errors, they have let me keep the messed up order. I ordered curbside and had to go inside to exchange...so a little bit of a hassle....“

“Service was met w a smile which I was happy to see. The beef taco meat was a bit bland but tasty. The mesquite chicken was tasty too. The toppings were fresh. The corn tortillas were very dry so I'll get flour ones on next visit. The burrito w mexican rice, queso, beef and chicken, Romain lettuce and Pico degayo was delicious! My favorite thing was the very flavorful and delicious mexican rice!!“

“Great food! The Santa Barbra char burger was fantastic! Great customer service! My child’s food came out much later than everyone else’s food. When we checked up on it, they immediately brought us the food with extra treats and a free burger card. We will definitely be back in the future!“

Everything tastes really fresh, and the chicken is always cooked perfectly to have that nice crunch. “While I love eating from Chick-Fil-A, I never understood why did they bother building this one when there's literally another Chick-Fil-A just down the 301 highway's street over at 3365 Crain Hwy, Waldorf, MD 20603 within the same area. 🤷 It's like pulling a McDonald's move how its branch can be seen every few miles or at every other location.“

“They do not make pita sandwiches correctly!!! Instead of opening the pita and putting everything inside (as is done at other CAVAs), they put the stuff on top of the pita, making it impossible to eat. Pita is a POCKET. You should be filling it on the inside! Please start making this correctly. Kind of shocking that you get this wrong. I won't go back until you do.“

“I visit this marvelous place every couple of days as I love the ambiance that is outline this restaurant. The staff is extremely friendly and experienced. The service is very efficient. Most important, the food they serve is good. I have been there often and I was always delighted. The price is modest. I recommend this restaurant to my friends and family.“

“My husband, son and myself ran into a little bad luck and had our truck breakdown by the Brandywine Chick-fil-A. Situation could not be worse due to us being so far from home and having a camper attached to us. We had to unhook the camper and take the truck to a local mechanic shop and just wait. That’s when the GM Mr. Alan saw us sitting in the heat and stopped by to check on us. He listened to our story and with a little push he convinced us to come to his store and eat some lunch. We were afraid to leave the camper due to someone possibly stealing it and he even insisted on parking his vehicle in front so no one would be able to get to it. My husband was the stubborn one and still insisted on staying with the camper but he made my son and I go and sit in the A/C. He then treated us to lunch which was completely not necessary but a blessing at the same time. I am not sure when I will be in the area again but I know if I ever am again. This location will certainly get our business. The entire staff was so sweet and helpful! Thank you so much for the hospitality!!!“

“Recently I had a problem with my order and the manager Jackie quickly addressed it and was very professional. The food is usually always on point so this location will continue to receive my business. Staff is always upbeat and helpful as well.“

“Love this Panera. Everyone is always so nice here. There’s one man who works the drive thru who is SOOO nice and friendly. It really makes my day whenever he is working.
A few times my order might be wrong, but they quickly remedy it if that’s the case (only issue I’ve had is sometimes they forget one of my sides if I order more than 1 side). My sandwich is always right.
I’ve had breakfast and lunch here. I love both, but lunch is more filling.“
