“I was waiting for my to go order when I noticed that the manager of the day Saja (Sa Ja) was looking through each order in the bag before sealing it. I had never seen this before so I asked her why she was doing that. Her response to me was “I check to make sure that the customer has everything he or she orders. It would be unfair for them to get to the place that they were to enjoy their meal, and have something missing.” Wow! I was so impressed by that level of customer service. I’ve dined in the restaurant several times and the service, and friendliness is always the best.“

“This place is a true local gem. Food is of very high quality, and everything is consistently cooked to perfection. Their consistency is actually really impressive - I’ve never been disappointed by a single thing, and I’ve eaten A LOT of their food. But everything is so good, so I haven’t really made my way outside of the same few items from their menu. The difference is that the staff actually care about their customers, and take pride in their food. It’s not so common these days, and is a pleasant surprise. It’s the reason I will always eat there.“

“I had been seeing honeygrow everywhere and never really knew what it was, so yesterday, Saturday, I finally had the chance to stop in, and I’m so glad I did. Everything looked so fresh. The restaurant was clean, the kitchen and cooking area were immaculate, and even the beverage bar was spotless. The whole place felt pristine at this location. The employees were nice, and the customer service was very satisfactory. I ordered the kale chicken Caesar and added bacon. I also had them heat up the chicken and bacon. My plan was to take it home, but it looked so good that I opened the container in the car just to have a taste, and it never made it home. It was absolutely delicious. The Caesar dressing, the chicken, and everything together was just amazing.
Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be back. 10/10 I highly recommend.“

“First time at Honey Grow and I was very pleased with the service I received. I ordered the red coconut curry with chicken and enjoyed the flavor and portion size. I did not like the rice noodles because they were too hard and wish I ordered the rice or egg noodles. However, one young lady who worked there who also helped me order at kiosk also offered to exchange my order. I will definitely be going back there to try something else.“

“We went for Sunday brunch yesterday and our server was CJ. The bottomless mimosas were served in coup glasses and were plentiful (limit of 5 per person 👍🏻). I had the Huevos Rancheros which were served with breakfast potatoes and the order was big enough to share. The service was quick and thoughtful. I’d definitely recommend Drapers for Sunday brunch. The lunch and dinner menu looked interesting and I’m sure we’ll be back. A corner jewel in old towne Fairfax.“

“Today I ordered doro wot, alecha beef, veggie combo, special kitfo and special tibs. It was delicious! I drove from MD to pick up my order and it was on time and on point. Everyone in the restaurant was very welcoming and nice. I felt I was back home. I don’t know if it was the owner but he was so nice and offered me to help me carry my order to my car. “My husband Adam is on chemo for pancreatic cancer. Today was the first time in three weeks he felt up to going out. Because of the chemo, he has changes in taste and unexpected issues with food textures. The manager replaced his first meal with something he could tolerate and enjoy when he realized he couldn’t eat his usual favorite menu item. Excellent and caring service. The manager himself delivered my Adam’s replacement meal. Thanks so much, it is a little thing but made our day much brighter!“

Try the 9Pad Thai and the Pineapple Fried Rice, so good 😊 the mango sticky rice is also a stand out, they always pick the best mangos. The family who owns the restaurant is incredibly nice and no matter who is serving me it really shines through. Try them out!“

“Excellent evening at the Woodbridge, VA NYAJs yesterday! We were greeted by the manager Usy( I’m not good at names) who was working on clearing tables. We had a couple minute wait for our outside table. There were 3 of us and we ordered drinks and appetizers to share. Desi was our server. She was attentive and cheerful (not annoyingly so). The Bang Bang Shrimp, Potstickers and my favorite Ahi Tuna Wontons were wonderful! Cocktails as well! We all had been regulars up to about 18 months ago as the service was atrocious. So glad NYAJ is back. This is my 2nd visit in a month. Will be back soon. Kudos to the new manager and staff. Keep it up!“

“Chick-fil-A is of course notorious for good customer service, however THIS location is an example in customer service for all other locations. From the moment we walked in the door and getting in line a worker who was about to go on break stepped out of the way and let us go first. The cashier was very pleasant as well but what shocked me more than anything was Benjamin who was working on cleaning the interior and other odd and ends offered to get us refills and if there was anything we needed. I also observed a manger approach a customer to see how things were going while they set up for an event of some kind.

To corporate - this location is doing things right and are helping the brand names reputation excel! I hope there is some way they can be noticed for their exceptional work“

Unlike the other location on Little River Turnpike in Alexandria, which usually skimps on the toppings. this Springfield spot does it right. “The chicken here is very good. There's a lot of Peruvian chicken places in the area and this is one of the best ones. I'm also impressed ar the variety of side dishes like Brussels Sprouts and garlic broccoli.

My only quibble is that it took several minutes to get through the line. I understand they have a lot of online orders but it slows down the service. Other than that I recommend this place based on their food.“
