I was waiting for my to go order when I noticed that the manager of the day Saja (Sa Ja) was looking through each order in the bag before sealing it. I had never seen this before so I asked her why she was doing that.
Her response to me was
“I check to make sure that the customer has everything he or she orders. It would be unfair for them to get to the place that they were to enjoy their meal, and have something missing.”

This Panera Bread is the best I’ve ever been to.
The customer Service is excellent!
The manager makes his presence known on the floor by going from table to table asking the customers if everything is ok. One of the associates who was tidying things up also stopped to ask if everything was ok and if my friend and I needed anything.
We had such a pleasant experience.
The place was very busy, but we never felt like we were being rushed out after we ate our lunch.
