Tokyo One Reviews
My favorite spot! I have been going there for over ten years.
Service is prompt and very friendly, accommodating as well.
We recently had the hibachi experience, the fried rice is amazing, I honestly crave it it’s so good.
Very clean and affordable.
Last time I went customer service was horrible. My waitress ask for a tip and kinda begged for it on the low. Portion sizes is too little for that type of price. Food was ok but not as good as the other ones in the DMV area. Went a few times but the last 3 times I went a lot of things were terrible. The atmosphere is always nice I love the fact they always play Gospel classical instrumentals in the background definitely is relaxing💯💯💯💯

Tokyo One is a cozy, family-owned restaurant with consistently good food. The atmosphere is usually quiet, perfect for conversation, though the hibachi grills can get a bit loud. The sushi is extremely fresh, vacuum-sealed to maintain quality, and the 'the Chris Roll' comes highly recommended. The service is attentive, with staff like Salim who are kind, fun, and ensure customers never have to ask for refills. Tokyo One is praised for its delicious and reasonably-priced lunch specials, including hibachi and sushi options, as well as its veggie tempura appetizer. It's a great spot for a tasty meal with friendly service.
