I just left here and I got nothing bout rudeness from the employee and management!! This is the SECOND chipotle i have bean to in Alexandria and got the absolute worse service. I don’t know who is hiring the new workers but they need to reevaluate them because their attitudes and customer service is horrible.
3 o’clock in the afternoon, overflowing trash cans… Staff that has no idea they have a new seasonal spicy chicken.Staff that has no idea what the difference between red beans & black beans are.Why on earth would any place charge for lettuce and cheese on a taco? ( kids meals taco) get home, 8 miles away…. Incorrect order. Did not even eat it. Went into the trash! Do a better job!
