Great service, great coffee and the food is hot and delicious. This location gets your order right.
I apologize to the young man for rudely taking my sandwich from him. I was upset at the time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Dunkin' is a popular spot for regular customers, who appreciate the friendly service from staff members like Noureen, Mohamed, and Abigail. However, some customers have had negative experiences with certain staff, including Carolina or Karina, who was perceived as rude to a customer, and another staff member who wore a visor and was defensive when asked about cup sizes. Despite this, the location has shown moments of excellent customer service, such as when a staff member offered free cakes to a customer who was disappointed by the lack of donuts. The coffee quality can be inconsistent, but the morning staff are often friendly and welcoming.
