I have been coming here for a while and even sometimes 2 a days at this location (yes, DD you are collecting all my $$$). I like this location because Z is amazing, seems like she is no longer here sadly, not sure why and then the other staff members lole Noureen who is always a delight, Mohamed, and Abigail (young girl with twists in her hair). As for the other staff, I recently came across a Spanish worker named Carolina or Karina who was extremely rude to a customer. I have never seen her until recently. The customer told her that her response to her was unprofessional and she seemed to not care or as if it wasn’t going to impact her. I was shocked. The other lash who is rude is another woman who wears a visor on her head and usually makes the food. She had the nerve to basically assume that I was fighting with her. I ordered a Large and she said they only had small or medium that day due to cups. I said ok, so are you going to give me a medium and a small to make it a large? Well, guess she didn’t understand and I tried to explain (used hand gestures) I am a New Yorker, go figure but she assumed I was arguing and so she said to me “you are talking to me like I shot you.” She proceeded to give me munckins as a comp but that’s not what I asked for. I was getting those regardless for my daughter. Anyway, this location is no longer my favorite but I do support the good folks they still have left, sadly.Karina and Cameron are rude!

Employees are rude unhelpful and generally lazy. I came in the other day in the afternoon for coffee and my wife wanted a decaf. When I asked the woman at the register she spat out “We don’t have any decaf!” Like what? You’re a coffee shop in the early afternoon you don’t have decaf? Even if that’s really the case you don’t have to be so nasty about it.. this event occurred after I had stopped going for a long time because I was given my bagels where they somehow managed to give me my everything bagel and my wife’s cinnamon raisin one where they put my top and her bottom pieces together making them both suck.

Dunkin’ sold me two dozen stale bagels on a Sunday morning. They were at least a day old and were taken out of a bag; they had been brought in from another store. Some were so stale they could not be cut. I complained and was told to come back next day; I “might” be able to return the uneaten bagels. I contacted corporate 3 times, they ignored me off. Stay away from this store and Dunkin

Walked in, no hello, no acknowledgment, only one customer sitting down, two workers talking. Yup…Dunkin never ceases to amaze me. Bad service in Florida…bad service in Lorton. I tried Dunkin…I really tried. ??♀️
Got coffee for me and the wife, and chocolate frosted donuts for the grand kids we were visiting/sitting... Dunken answered the mail. Best

Went there two time this week and the lady was on the phone asked her for decaf coffee frist time she said we out of any coffee told her can you make some she said we close in 10 minutes sorry the second time was today around 6:10 pm and asked for decaf coffee same lady was on the phone and she said we out of decaf coffee only have regular coffeeAsked her if she can make one she said no sorry . Will never go back there????

Sandy the lead shift is extremely unprofessional and often yells aggressively at customers, DoorDash drivers, and her own employees. Sandy starts yelling and having an attitude at the employees, oftentimes I would hear her yelling at the employees in a verbally abusive way behind the counter. Sandy causes fights and is also rude to paying customers.

Terrible terrible terrible, This dunkin has got to be the slowest of slowest dunkins ever, A simple order should not take 25 mins to take… yes 25 minutes and they didnt even make the food right, if you want cold food and not good coffeee go to this location, its a disappointment, if i could get a full refund for this i would but dont want to get back in line and wait another decade just to get taken care of
