CHOPT has friendly, efficient service and the ingredients were fresh. The salad tasted great, but the value didn't quite match the price. For what I paid, I expected a more generous portion of protein, as the amount of meat was pretty light. I'd still consider coming back because the quality was good, but I'd like to see better portions for the price.
I have had pleasant experiences here, especially when serviced by Sharika; great service, and always a smile on her face.

The evening crew, including Natalie, Claudia, Jack, Brianna, Yancy, and Edith, provides courteous, warm, and professional customer service. They remember regulars, ask about modifications, and offer helpful, detailed explanations. This location does not use Kiosk ordering, allowing customers to speak directly to the person making the salad. The salads are always fresh with high quality ingredients, and the staff puts the perfect amount of dressing. One customer was able to put together something close to the Kabob Cobb, though it was noted they no longer have Tzatziki dressing. The Veggie Bowls were also good. Overall, it is a favorite location with a pleasant and quiet atmosphere.
