It is very clean and most of the staff is very friendly I believe one of the staffs name there is Amanda she's always makes an effort to remember my name while I'm in there which is very frequent.
Everytime I go here, they always mess up my order. I ask for an Asiago bagel, I get a plain one. If I ask for almond milk, I see them use whole. Their hot breakfast sandwiches come out with cold cheese. Einstein is always hit or miss for me.

I went there with my kids and ordered the strawberry banana smoothie, which they really enjoyed. We also got the Nova Lox, Turkey egg and cheese and a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese. The sandwiches were good, freshly made and warm bagels.
