Ordered tendon, but I expected sauce to have been poured over rice and tempura shrimps and veggies so that rice would have absorbed sauce. Sauce was in separate container and not enough. Was good as tempura dishes go, but not the tendon preparation I was expecting. Might have been better if tempura was not on top of rice. Hard to get to rice in order to add sauce on it. Truly a hidden gem. Nigiri has great cuts of fish and well seasoned rice. One of the saba nigiris I’ve had in nova. Pretty extensive izakaya menu for this area and well balanced and creamy chawanmushi as well.
