“Came here for my anniversary and had great sushi! The ambient lighting was amazing and the food was even better! Sushi Cho is always my go-to when I want elevated sushi with a comforting environment!

We got the sushi & sashimi combo and 2 of their speciality rolls, which is my favorite part of the menu! The scallop burst was a great amount of spice to break up the fish, and the triple match roll was one of my favorite bites the whole night!“

“Excellent sushi restaurant! We were in Vienna and craving sushi and found this gem. We were seated right away, greeted with a smile and had a lovely evening. We started off with the edamame and miso soup and salad. We were BLOWN away with how good everything was right off the bat! The house salad had a onion sauce on the top that was so good! Best house salad I’ve ever had at a sushi restaurant. Then we both had rolls that were amazing! Joanne was our waitress and she was so kind and efficient. She even provided us with recommendations and a great description of some of the dishes I asked about. We will definitely be back next time we are in Vienna! Thank you so much!“

“We love coming here, great ambiance and people. David the manager was very accommodating and our chef - Ryan - did an amazing job tonight. We love that they give noodles and fried rice! Also you MUST try the Tokyo Shrimp here it is FANTASTIC!! The filet mignon melts in your mouth love the salmon lobster and scallops too. Their ginger sauce, yum yum sauce, AND salad dressing are all on point. It’s hard to find a place that does everything as well as Samurai. We drive from Ashburn just to come here for hibachi.“

I regularly go for the chicken yaki soba or the beef teriyaki, both beautifully cooked, full of flavour, and consistently spot on. Add gyoza as a starter and you’re winning at life. The staff are warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive — the kind of place where you feel remembered, not processed. Every time I’m back in Fairfax County, this is the place we go. fresh seafood, Sushi, Salads, Rice, Noodles, Soup, MANY Hot dishes, Fried Rice & Vegan choices, Korean BBQ, Crepes, Desserts....the little pumpkin pie & cheesecake bites are perfection at the end of this serious All one can eat adventure.
