Menu items I’d order again:
- any kind of sashimi (amazing quality and generous-sized slices)
- ahi tower
- summer roll
- salmon maki roll

Items I’d pass on:
- salmon carpaccio (the sauce wasn’t it)
- fried ice cream

Overall, the price points are a bit higher compared to other local sushi places but the quality is 100% worth it.
Important note: they’re known for their sashimi and sushi, so don’t expect much when you order ramen lol. If you want good ramen, go to a restaurant that specializes in

I would say that while the bowl was generous, it seemed to be mostly rice, whereas I've been in other states, some with no ocean access at all, and had much larger portions of fish. “Loved the food and service at Fujisan. Everything was beautifully plated and there were definitely creative items on the menu. My favorites were the seared salmon belly, Ishiyaki where they cook the beef on the hot iron stone, wagyu uni (simply gorgeous and delicious), sushi tacos, and salmon volcano rice. Yakitori platter was great because we had a variety of tastings. The mushrooms and pork belly were my fav! My friends ordered the soup dobin mushi which comes in the cutest tea pot. If you want something beautiful yet the Fujisan box deluxe. Never seen anything like it, so colorful and lots of fresh raw fish, eel, fish egg, etc. Nice to have something different than your typical sushi boat. The ambiance is really nice too. Very beautifully designed with blues and golds. Very classy. The sushi was very fresh I find that some places don’t have fresh cold fish how it should be so I’m glad this place did not disappoint. As for desserts the green tea mochi, tempura ice cream, and cheesecake were amazing. Personal favorite is cheesecake. Highly recommend!“

“Great American-style sushi rolls! Their sushi is packed with ingredients and very filling. I wouldn’t call the sushi authentic by any means, but the fish quality is ok and the specialty roll portions are definitely worth their price.

There was no wait on a Sunday evening for my party of 3, and our server was very polite and made sure we were well attended to!

I recommend the Bubba Roll, Yellowtail Deluxe Roll, and Scallop Assassin Roll. I haven’t tried their noodles or rice dishes so I’d be happy to visit again for another quick, casual meal out ?“

For the meal, I ordered pork cutlet, mixed buckwheat, and takoyaki, and I also ordered tteokbokki as a side menu. Everyone in my group enjoyed it and were satisfied. “Wow! Sushi Yoshi is a wonderful little gem of a restaurant. We had the pleasure of dining on their outdoor patio on a rare warm spring day, and everything in the menu was enticing. We settled on their chirashi bowls (some assembly required, as you can see the sashimi is off to the side) and our meals were absolutely delicious! We were not anticipating the immense portions, and were blown away by the complex flavors hidden within the bowls. Highly recommend this place! Go enjoy their yummy offerings!“

“Where do I even start? After seeing so much hype for Sushi Ohayo on TikTok, I decided to visit after the buzz died down a bit. Let me just say, I'm so upset I didn't come sooner. This place offers all-you-can-eat sushi for $31.99 per adult, and it was worth every penny.

I stuck with the classics: spicy salmon roll, spicy California roll, New York roll, fried dumplings, and steak hibachi. Everything was an absolute 10/10. But what really STOLE the show were the volcano roll and the Ohayo roll--both are a MUST-TRY. The volcano roll was hot and delicious, and the Ohayo roll had the perfect crunchy tempura texture.

I can't even put into words how amazing this place is--you just have to try it yourself. The service was fantastic too--our server was very attentive, constantly checking to make sure we had sushi in front of us at all times.

Definitely coming back. It's a 45-minute drive from where I live, but it's 100% worth it!“

“Come here every year for my birthday. The service is always great and fast. It’s dinner and a show. Jesus has cooked for us many times and he always recognizes my family and I.
