This was my first time here at hotspot and I had the best waiter ever who was really nice and caring and was very helpful to me in my service. I would definitely recommend this to everyone i know because hotspot employees have gone above and beyond. They also serve great food and sauces, one of the best quality hot pot foods i have had. To anyone who has never tried it, i would definitely recommend coming here first. Thanks daddy natejang and daddy jian
Great food, great service and great atmosphere. Never been this happy about spending money at the food restaurant.
I just love the service here with such nice and amazing workers and they truly make me feel like I can be really comfortable with my order. Also the manager here was just so kind with everyone and was always checking tables and keeping everyone in check to make sure everyone is doing ok. Amazing service and amazing food and wow the atmosphere is just like everyone is having fun.

Hot Spot is a popular dining destination that serves a wide variety of dishes in a welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant has friendly staff, quick service, and features a great music selection that enhances the dining experience. The lychee temple remains a standout menu item, with many customers enjoying its delicious taste. The menu also includes a range of drinks, such as the unique ube lemonade and dragonfruit refresher. Customers particularly enjoy the hot pot, with favorites like pork belly, brisket, mini dumplings, and clams. They appreciate the six different broths available, often opting for the light shabu shabu fish broth. The all-you-can-eat deal is a great choice for groups, making it a fun experience.
The ingredients are consistently fresh, and the make-your-own dipping sauce bar allows guests to create their own sauce or follow recipes displayed on a screen. The cozy space makes it a great place for a night out with family or friends. The staff is attentive, ensuring that diners are well taken care of throughout the meal, and the general manager Ji Ho is noted for accommodating large parties. While some reviews mention that the seafood may not always be fresh and that portions might decrease over time, the overall experience at Hot Spot remains enjoyable, with good food and excellent service.
