“Very solid food here! The delivery person was the loveliest man with a big smile and many thanks. I'm in town for a short bit and took a shot on this place. It would definitely be my regular go to if I lived here. Had the shrimp spring rolls (nice and crispy), Mongolian beef (great flavor), side of mixed veg, and a small veg lo mein. All of the vegetables were perfectly tender crisp with satisfying crunch! Thanks for the delicious food, great service, and ample sauces!“
“Saw a recommendation for this place and decided to check it out with my family. We were not disappointed. Pleasantly surprised actually. Quick service, nice atmosphere. We had the wonton soup, potstickers, spring rolls, handmade noodle soup with fried pork and the Chengdu twice cooked pork. Will definitely be going back.“
“I recently dined at Hunan Village that left a lasting impression. The exquisite flavors of their dishes showcased a perfect balance of traditional authenticity and innovative twists. The staff's hospitality was truly remarkable, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. From the moment I entered, their attentiveness and genuine friendliness added to the overall dining experience. Each dish was a culinary delight, highlighting the skillful preparation and fresh, high-quality ingredients. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone seeking a memorable Chinese dining experience with exceptional food and outstanding service.“
“Food was absolutely delicious and well presented. Ambiance in the restaurant was fine- we sat along the side with a slightly raised floor that had a clear visual with shells and sand. That was interesting. The only concern I had was the slow service- this is a problem basically everywhere but it took a long time to get our lunch. The servers checked on us regularly to tell us our order was coming soon, but it took nearly an hour. Worth the wait, but glad we had an open afternoon.“
“With the downfall of many Korean-Chinese restaurants in NOVA recently, Lee Hwa is a great addition. The menu, although a bit higher in pricepoint, is varied and creative, and all dishes are executed to a higher degree than the typical Korean-Chinese fusion restaurant. The tangsooyuk and yoonringi were delicious and fried well. The jjampong was deep in flavor and offered a variety fresh seafood like crab that enhanced the dish well. The mala noodles were also flavorful and the perfect level of spiciness. Service was not super attentive but we didn't really have any problems as we didn't need anything during our dine-in. We were accidentally charged for something we didn't order but the staff were quick and helpful in reimbursing us.“
“Food was top notch, and the place was very clean. Only thing is that the portions they give are rather small for a party of multiple people- we had four people in our party, (occasionally, it’s not enough for everyone to just take one), but we just ordered more with the all-you-can-eat system. You can order 3 items from each category at a time. Prime ribeye, brisket, squid, fish balls, shrimp balls are really good. Other items are delicious too. We love our shabu2, tom yum, and sichuan mala soup. Dipping sauce are also very good, especially the hot spot one.“
