“The food was amazing!! Definitely on the pricier side, but it was perfect for a special occasion. We got the anticucho de carne and tallarines a la huancaina and they were both so delicious. Our server Lisette was so sweet, highly recommend!”

“An absolutely delightful dinner experience. Easy parking off to the side of the restaurant in a parking garage, free of charge. Roomy and atmospheric restaurant dining sitting. You can also have drinks at the outdoor patio bar before dinner. Our server was very polite, attentive and timely with drinks, food orders and check. The food was top grade for everything ordered, cooked exactly to order and great blend of tastes and spices. Truly a 5 star experience.Parking: Parking garage next to the restaurant is free for customers of the restaurant upon providing the vehicle plate number. Free after 4 pm in general.”
“Red’s Table is such a Reston gem! The food is always fresh and delicious, I’m a pescatarian so I have tons of options, love the mushroom and oat burger!! And of course a beautiful view of Lake Thoreau, what more could you want?”
“My wife and I went to Fogo de Chao for the first time two weeks ago and we were very impress with the delicious food and impeccable service. Our waiter Melisa was very attentive and made sure our time there was great. In question we had, Melisa was there to clearly answers. We also had great service from Gabby. Even though it was a Friday evening and very busy, both provided excellent service! We could not have been any more happy!”

“This place is excellent! I had been meaning to come for over a year and yesterday it finally happened! My mate and I sat at the bar before the dinner rush started, so it was cool having the place to ourselves for a bit. The Whitefish, Yellowtail, and Burdock were delicious, the Sapporos were nice and cold, and the staff were all very professional and friendly!Definitely recommend”
“We really enjoyed our meal. The wines are delicious and such a huge variety of regions represented. The service is always friendly and helpful. Glyn was our server and she was pleasant and offered some great suggestions for wines. We had Ian come by our table and we were so surprised he remembered us from other visits. We shared the house salad, the tri tip, and the spicy sausage pizza. Everything was delicious! The manager also stopped by our table to see if we needed anything and introduced herself. It made for a warm, let's make this a regular hangout type of spot. We will definitely be back. On other visits we have tried zucchini chips, the pastas, and the charcuterie. You can't go wrong!”
“Food: 9/10 Service: 10/10 Ambiance: 9/10 Had such a fun date night at this place. Our server was awesome and was a funny guy. The food was really yummy and so were the drinks.”

“We visited here for the first time last Friday, and we'll definitely be going back again. We sat at the bar and enjoyed the amazing, creative cocktails prepared right in front of us. I highly recommend the smoked old fashioned, which is smooth and tasty. The food was equally as good and an amazingly creative fusion of cuisine. We had the oceanic bites, and loved them so much we ordered a second round. Can't' say enough good things about Eve's!”

“"Taste of Istanbul" truly lives up to its name. We felt transported to an authentic "esnaf lokantası" (a traditional Turkish eatery) in Istanbul. Although I'm not a gourmet, I can confidently say that if a place brews Turkish tea deliciously, you can be sure their food is equally exceptional, and that's precisely the case here. The flavors were reminiscent of the vibrant culinary scene in Istanbul, making this restaurant a hidden gem for those seeking an authentic Turkish dining experience.Parking: after 5pm, all parking lots are free.”

“Great diner vibe. Our server was Harry-he was awesome, super welcoming and accommodating. I think my wife and her friend were attracted to him as well but nonetheless he was a great server.”

“I cannot recommend this place enough - it truly hits the mark for any occasion, whether it be a casual hangout, romantic date, important business meeting, or catching up with friends. The ambiance is lively and vibrant, creating an atmosphere that is both energetic and comfortable. And let me tell you, the service here is unparalleled. The staff truly goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and taken care of. Even without a reservation, we were accommodated with ease. The hostess offered us a table, but we opted for the bar instead. Our bartender, Denisse, was an absolute gem. She was warm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. She recommended some fantastic cocktails and dishes that we simply couldn't resist. We started with the passionfruit mezcalita, which was so refreshing that we ordered multiple rounds. And then, we dove into the menu. I decided to try a variety of tacos, and let me tell you - they did not disappoint. The roasted duck taco had a wonderful tamarind glaze and caramelized onions that added the perfect touch of sweetness. The pork belly taco was spicy and flavorful, and the crispy oyster taco was crunchy and delicious. The Baja fish taco, with its spicy tempura-battered cod and chipotle slaw, was an absolute standout. I loved it so much that I ordered four more! My girlfriend went for the chips and salsa verde, which were perfectly seasoned and fresh. She also ordered the chicken tacos, which were juicy and flavorful. And of course, we couldn't resist trying the cheese steak taco with Oaxaca cheese - it was a total winner. Overall, I can confidently say that this restaurant is a must-visit. The freshly squeezed pomegranate juice Paloma with tequila was the perfect finishing touch to an already incredible meal. Don't miss out on this gem in the Reston Town Center.”
“Elegant restaurant in the heart of Reston Town Center. The restaurant is very nicely decorated and has an aquatic theme. I had the sushi tower and blackened mahi mahi. The sushi rolls and sashimi was very good and fresh. The mahi mahi however was a little on the salty side. Service was attentive and friendly. I enjoyed my experience at PassionFish and look forward to coming back!”
“Our server was amazingly attentive and friendly. The food was delicious - we ordered a variety of items and everyone was very pleased with their order.Vegetarian options: There is a good amount of vegetarian options, definitely recommend for a vegetarian.”

Heirloom
“Heirloom is a cute "speakeasy" meaning there is an unmarked door inside another restaurant. The decor and ambiance is so nice. The drinks are unique and beautiful and the food and service were great. I especially loved the gnocchi and the burrata. The appetizers are well worth the price but the entrees seem priced on the high side for the portion. I would give this place a 4.5 taking off .5 for price. I will be back again for sure. I would love a happy hour with discounted items if only 3-6.”

“Great variety of small plates. Bread was fabulous. The only don't bother was the olives which were nothing you can't buy at Costco . Drinks were good. Great for a ladies night but noisy for a date night. Service was excellent.”
“I usually come here on Friday nights to eat, drink and vibe to the music from the live DJ. But for some reason the speakers are messed up tonight. Can barely hear a thing. The vibe isn’t the same. I hope they can fix the speakers soon or I may have to find another spot to vibe at on Fridays.”
“We celebrated our one year anniversary with a trip to The Melting Pot. Our server, Alex, was very personable and answered our questions regarding menu options. We went in the afternoon so the ambience was quiet and chill. They were even playing one of my favorite artists, Lane 8, while we dined. From the delicious high quality food, to the exceptional service from all the staff, it was a perfect meal with my favorite person. Thanks guys!”
“the brunch food (scramble, chicken and waffles) was absolutely excellent, but bizarrely the "unlimited brunch" only allowed 2 apps (we didn't want any) and 3 entree choices between the 2 of us. We weren't told this until we tried to order a fourth item (between the two of us). 3 items for two people definitely didn't feel unlimited.”
“Amazing food, wine options and service. I love taking my mom here for celebrations. They offer several wine flight options and the staff is very helpful with pairings.”
“Best Thai restaurant in America.Especially, fried rice was no difference that I tried in Thailand. One of the best thai restaurant i’ve visited. This is the most delicious Thai food I've had in the United States. It suited the Korean taste very well, and I especially liked the somtam. I highly recommend it to everyone who visits here. It was much more delicious than the food I ate in Thailand!”
“Excellent appetizers, drinks and entrées! Love to vibe and warm decor. The mussels and calamari are amazing appetizers. The shrimp and grits entree was amazing and service was friendly and attentive. The general manager stopped by too and was welcoming and very friendly. Will definitely be back! Best old fashioned (bourbon) in northern Virginia!”
“We were pleased that North Italia was able to increase our reservation from 2 people to 4 just a few hours before our arrival. We had a lovely outdoor table and Lily was our server. She was fantastic and took excellent care of us. The food was super - Salmon, Chicken parmesan, a brunch Omelet, and a Caesar Salmon salad. We split a huge dessert. All were excellent. Nice cocktails too. The manager came around and welcomed us - very nice. We go here often and will be back soon!!”
“Food is FABULOUS and they absolutely FEED you! I can eat here everyday if my wife would let me! Lol! If you haven’t visited this place yet — get over there and try them out!”
“Recently came here with my family, we had the ancients grains bowl, the margherita pizza, and the og burger and we absolutely loved it. The atmosphere was nice and couldn't have had a better service from our server, John. Would recommend!”
“One of the best places to stop to enjoy great food with family or friends. I recommend this place 100%.Stake tacos.Chicken tacos.Stake bowl.Everything was delicious ?.Many thanks guys for the great service you have provided.”
“Sundiata was absolutely AMAZING with his service, decorum and general vibes that he offered my Fiance and I. He went ABOVE and BEYOND with his service. He was knowledgeable with both our wine and our foods, making us feel very at ease being our first time at the establishment. We both would come again in hopes to be served as graciously as we were this time! We will NEVER forget Sundiata!”
“Very nice place we went in between brunch and dinner so it was not too busy, the service was great, the food was excellent can get there by the Metro it stops right there”
“I was the first customer through the door this particular Saturday and hadn’t eaten for 18 hours. Ted’s Huevos Rancheros did not disappoint.Lovely old soul music playing in the diner too”

Takeout Restaurants
“The gelato here is amazing. I ordered Sicilian pistachio gelato and my husband ordered strawberry gelato. We both enjoyed our time here and the customer service was great. Definitely recommend.”
“A few years ago, this place deserved 6 stars, it was amazing. Since expanding and growing its lost some of its luster. Online ordering forces you to have the same toppings on all your tacos if you get a 2/3/4 pack. Plus you can’t get two of the same meat, makes no sense. The salsa is now in packets like Taco Bell. It’s great to see that they have been successful but just like District Taco, the quality and options have been reduced.”
“My dad and I are regulars here and for good reason. We’re both very picky when it comes to sushi and there is no other sushi restaurant in the DMV that compares to this gem. The level of freshness and attention to detail is really great. The head sushi chef, Sam, is truly an amazing talent and is an absolute pleasure to talk to. If you’re a snob when it come to fresh, quality sushi, then this is the place for you!”
“&pizza offers amazing pizza with variety of toppings. Service is average, and the ambiance could be improved. Overall, it's an okay option for a quick meal.”
“If you're looking for an international version of a greasy spoon, this is it! Food is superb. Prices are reasonable for anywhere, let alone NOVA. Atmosphere is attractively rough around the edges. And they have good beer on tap. Highly recommend!”
“This is the pricier Thai place in the area. I would just get takeout next time due to strong smell from neighboring nail salon. Staff was friendly but one of Thier phones behind the counter from where we were sitting was ringing for 30 minutes which was distracting to my table.”
“While traveling cross-country in 2002, Craig Carey couldn’t help but notice that every town he visited had a “best burger.” In fact, the regional differences of each burger he had experienced during his trip made him wonder, why was there no restaurant that served more than one style of burger? This simple question became the beginning of their journey. In 2005, Craig teamed up with Tom Racosky, an experienced Chef from Houston’s (now Hillstone), and together they started to mold their vision for Big Buns Damn Good Burgers, a modern “burger joint” with a rotating selection of delicious burgers and craft beer that felt more like a backyard party than a restaurant. On June 19th, 2007, Big Buns opened its first location in Ballston, Arlington and over the years became a neighborhood fixture. Nearly a decade later, Craig and the growing team spoke about the original vision for Big Buns and began to wonder, what would the restaurant look like today if they could do it all over again? This simple question inspired a new look and several more Big Buns locations throughout Northern Virginia (plus one location in sunny South Florida). The new restaurants were filled with bright colors, murals and bold sound. Dining rooms and patios came standard with communal tables and beer garden vibes. Newly added beer taps and frozen slushie machines fueled the party-like atmosphere. While some things changed, other things remained the exact same, like the commitment to their founding mission — to serve the world's most delicious + innovative burgers while sharing the idea of an inclusive backyard party with our amazing guests.People often want to know the reasons why we've been successful over the years. More often than not, their answer is pretty disappointing because we have no secrets, just a set of core beliefs that have helped guide us — you can read more about our beliefs below.Their beliefsCHOOSE KINDNESSCONSISTENCY IS EVERYTHINGDETAILS MATTERINNOVATE & LEARNMAXIMUM WAGESLOW & STEADY WINSIT'S ALL ABOUT FREATOM”
“After arriving 3am, I woke up after 10 am. First time visiting the city, I have no idea where I can get breakfast. I looked up Yelp and found this place. It turned out a cafeteria in an office building. I ordered egg sandwich and my wife ordered bibipbap. Both are OK and the prices were right. The couple running the restaurant were friendly and courteous. I would revisit if occasion occurs.”
“One of best pizzas and subs in townAnd it’s open late on weekendsVegetarian options: It has a lot of veg options must try the veg AlfredoKid-friendliness: Kid friendly”
“It is rare that I can go to an ice cream shop with my nut allergy and feel safe. Thank you to the staff who took my allergy seriously. They have all ice cream with nuts in a separate area, used clean scoops, and made sure to scoop the ice cream from an untouched area (removed the top layer and scooped from further in the tub that was untouched). We will definitely be back!”
“Got a 4 pack of cookies here with my family. I got the brookie, chocolate chip, Red Velvet and pumpkin (with cream on top)the brookie and chocolate chip was very disappointing and mid at best. The Red Velvet and pumpkin was out of this world amazing, so much so those 2 are the only ones we finished as a group.”
“Good lawddddd. Im sitting in my car, reeling from this food coma. These rolls are PHENOMENAL. Got the Connecticut and it did not disappoint. Lobster was fresh, perfectly cooked & a good portion and paired with a soft and mildly sweet Texas toast. Lobster Mac n cheese was delish too. There was 2 young girls there and they were very kind and hooked me up with some free soup! Tried the clam chowder and bisque both bomb but the clam chowder reigns supreme. Can’t want to come back. ??”
“We ordered around 15 lunches in advance for a training that we were running. The food was ready on time and several of my teammates said the sandwiches were very good and tasted fresh.Vegetarian options: We were very happy that they have vegetarian options.”
“Little quaint brewery located at Lake Anne waterfront. When I approached the place, my first impression was that it was located in somebody's basement. But opening the door, I was pleasantly surprised with clean and neat brewery and friendly greeting by the staff at the counter behind, which had about 10 taps all brewed in-store. The weather was a dampener. Otherwise, we could have sat on the deck by the river, sipping the drinks. Beer selection ranges from lighter to IPA to dark ones. They have cider, shandy, and Kombucha options, too. Food options are limited to nice, warm pretzels and some packaged snacks, which is expected in a small local brewery like this. The good news is they have a great neighbors serving good food like Lake Anne Coffee House and Kalypso. You can get the food ordered from there or bring your own food.”
“By far my favorite restaurant in the area. The service is spectacular. I really appreciate the fact that the bartenders always remember our drinks and our names. Also very impressed by the professionalism of the staff in general. Will absolutely be coming back.”

Drive-Thru Restaurants
“Ordered online today to pick up at 11:20am…. Walked to store and ended up waiting 40 minutes while the employees made all the customers that walked in orders first. The wait to pickup line kept growing and growing and since we had all paid for our meals, leaving was not an option. Not once did anyone acknowledge or apologize. It would I gotten order quicker by walking in to order. I think the manager needs to rethink that the call in orders are equally as important as walk-ins”
“Consistently good service along with hot and fresh food, what else could you ask for? A Latino gentleman who wears glasses (I'll get his name next time and update) who I believe is a manager is always particularly nice to me as well. Even when I come in as a doordash driver instead of a customer he offers me a water cup and is very friendly. Great place.”
“These people work exceptionally hard, and the food is immediately available. When you get through the drive-through, they get it done so fast please give them all raises and bonuses!!”
“Today I came to this chick fil a and I accidentally threw away my card, and one of the workers named Kai was nice enough to look for it and I appreciate that because not anyone would do that and that goes to show that he’s a good hard working man and he made me experience at this chick fil a better.?”

Cheap Eats
“As a New Yorker pretzels are a street thing...never liked them, it only took one bite for me to know that they were not my thing 25+ years later I came across this amazing place and with no doubt I had a cinnamon sugar pretzel and ate it before I left their Saturday stand in front of their kitchen (they don't have a store front follow instructions on their website on how to order and getting there) so far everyone I been in contact with are very knowledgeable of their products and are super friendly. The pretzels are on the pricey side but trust me they are worth every bite. Do not hesitate place your order and then thank me ?”
“My favorite Ledo's Pizza location for sure. Great gluten free pizza, and the young man who helped me (I believe he said his name was Mark) was very friendly and welcoming. Will be returning soon.”
“Good burger. Almost as good as homemade. I will return periodically. Onion rings are frozen not made from scratch.Wheelchair accessibility: We wheeled my mother right in with no problem.”
“I've been to Cosmos Cafe a couple of times now. Cosmos Cafe IS NOT at the Reston Metro Station - regardless of what a previous reviewer claims. It is in the general area - but according to Google maps - the Reston Metro Station is about 0.4 miles (10 minute walk) from Cosmos Cafe. Cosmos Cafe is behind a gate in an office building complex - but there is free parking just outside the gate (I've parked in the free parking outside the gate every time I've visited Cosmos Cafe - it's about less than a one minute walk to Cosmos Cafe from the parking just outside the gate).Cosmos Cafe stops serving breakfast at 11:00 am - and this is stated on their menu on the wall behind the register.I've had their Cold Brew, as well as their Breakfast Burrito (Scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, and cheese). Very filling and tasty! I've also had a side of crispy bacon. The Cold Brew was good as well! There is a limited number of tables to eat in at.Paid with Apple Pay. Service was good!#CosmosCafe”
“I love this place. The people who work there are friendly and helpful. The food is fresh and delicious. I crave their sandwiches and look forward to get lunch from there.”
“Whomever is cooking & hosting tonight, should coook every night. Delicious! Last time several weeks ago, everything was very bitter & tasteless. Thumbs up tonight??Parking: Very busy for parking”
“First ordering here. Everything was fresh & tasty. I ordered a chicken shawarma plate. The portions are perfect but the bread had an odd old smell so sat it to the side. I’ll be backParking: Smooth”
“best sub chain hands down, best items to get are the italian mikes way with cherry pepper relish or number 99 (big kahuna cheesesteak with chipotle). Also their bacon is perfectly cooked and crispy just the way its supposed to be, I add it to everything. Haven’t been to other locations but everyone working at this location was nice and super attentive to detail!”
“We had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service from Kenneth during our recent visit to the Starbucks located in Plaza América. From the moment we walked in and were on the line, Kenneth greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel truly welcomed. Not only was Kenneth extremely friendly and personable, but he also demonstrated a deep knowledge of the menu and helped us navigate through the various options to find the perfect drink for us.What stood out the most was Kenneth's genuine care for each customer. He took the time to engage in friendly conversation, ensuring that our visit was not just about grabbing a quick coffee, but about creating a memorable experience.Kenneth's attention to detail and dedication to providing exceptional service truly set him apart. We left Starbucks feeling uplifted and grateful for the outstanding service we received. Kenneth's professionalism and positive attitude are a true asset to the Starbucks team at Plaza América. We highly recommend visiting this Starbucks location and having the pleasure of being served by Kenneth. Thank you for making our day brighter with your exceptional service!”
“I got delivery service. The food arrived in a container that doesn’t fit the bag, so the lid fell off and food spilled into the bag. The bag was sealed so nothing lost but kind of a mess. Also, the serving of dressing was not enough to make everything moist, so that’s something to keep in mind if you get delivery. The steak medallions in my bowl were amazingly moist and delicious and the other ingredients were equally fresh.I’ll choose pick up next time but enjoyed my food.”
“Stopped in for a quick lunch while in the area… the manager was very helpful and friendly and the menu is their standard menu, loaded with all sorts of tasty items.I opted for their Pepperoni Pizza, which uses beef pepperoni and I think that’s awesome! I asked them to cook it slightly longer so it wouldn’t be as soft in the middle. It came out looking amazing, with a nice char on the crust, but the center was still too soft to pick up while hot, as all the toppings would slide off. So, the first couple of slices, I had to fork & knife, but once it cooled slightly, I was able to fold and pick up the remaining slices.Flavors were on point! Sauce was great! Pepperoni was amazing!! Overall, I really enjoyed it!”
“Wonderful place and the couple running it are always lovely. Fresh classics and the complimentary fruit keeps me coming back. If you work nearby, please support their small local business!”
“Clean place, staff are always pretty friendly, food is very good. Prices are getting a little high, but it's a solid place. Usually not too crowded either. Also right next to a lot of other businesses which is nice”
“Highly recommend getting the Trio Platter (got the ribs, burnt ends and moist brisket with coleslaw and potato salad). The price is a steal and the servings are enough for 2 people per Platter. The interior has a cool vibe to it but I highly recommend getting bbq from here if you want good meats.”
“Went to this place originally when I was living in SA it was awesome. So nice to see they have this chain now in the United States. Food is very good, seasoning make it so flavorful and sides are very tasty as well. It’s nice they have the sauce bar in the dining area.”

“Food is FABULOUS and they absolutely FEED you! I can eat here everyday if my wife would let me! Lol! If you haven’t visited this place yet — get over there and try them out!”
“This is a lovely place for lunch or dinner, especially on a nice day when you can sit out on the plaza overlooking the lake. Very good quiches, salads, desserts and other entrees. Reasonable prices. I definitely recommend, particularly as a luncheon/brunch get together with friends.”
“Very nice place we went in between brunch and dinner so it was not too busy, the service was great, the food was excellent can get there by the Metro it stops right there”

“Dan was incredible. He was inviting, friendly, and provided the perfect amount of attention and space! His recommendations for food (fried green tomatoes and braised chicken risotto) were on point and the food was delicious. It’s a great atmosphere and cozy environment. Thanks for the great experience, Dan!Nicole & Sue”
“Great diner vibe. Our server was Harry-he was awesome, super welcoming and accommodating. I think my wife and her friend were attracted to him as well but nonetheless he was a great server.”
“I was the first customer through the door this particular Saturday and hadn’t eaten for 18 hours. Ted’s Huevos Rancheros did not disappoint.Lovely old soul music playing in the diner too”
“I ordered a matcha latte and a salmon breakfast sandwich, which was really good! The service was great and I quickly got my food after ordering. The atmosphere is also very cute and relaxing, I’d definitely come back to try the pastries next time?”
“I am no longer used to this "going out" thing so I forgot to take pics before we scarfed the food. Our server Mason took great care of us and even took the time to listen to our stories. This was chicken dumplings and cheasesteak egg rolls. We would order both again, maybe with a side of mustard. And the wife loves her Cadillac margarita.”
“I would give them a 5!Went there for the first time with my friend, Olivia was our server. Very kind and respectful. When i came back i realized that i forgot to tip her, felt bad.”
“Lester was our waiter and he was amazing! Gave us recommendations on the menu and was attentive to our party of 4 adults and 1 child. The service and brood was exceptional and will definitely go back.Kid-friendliness: My 5 year old grandson loved the fries and chicken tenders. Oh and the ranch dressing is very good as well.”
“This is my favorite location. They are literally the nicest staff in all of Reston. Always have fresh servings and generous portions for your money’s worth. Only thing that sucks is the parking there, but that’s not their fault.”

“Went in on a Sunday afternoon for takeout to try them out. The restaurant was clean, and the server was very nice. She carefully prepared my burritos and arepas. I liked the corn and flavors in the arepas. Overall , the food was different, and the flavors were fine but mild. Although I prefer Mexican flavors that are much spicier, I thought the food was good.”
