I was just at your Sugarland Crossing location this morning in Sterling, Virginia, and I picked up a curbside mobile order and upon arriving home, I realized it was missing one part of my order. So I went back and was offered not the exact item that I had ordered for breakfast, but it was a similar item. Your manager offered a cookie or some thing along with that to offer his apologies and really all I wanted was the spicy fillet that I had ordered but he was more than apologetic and was extremely helpful. “Pollo Xpress has become our family’s favorite restaurant! I’d argue they might have the best burgers and wings in the area🤤🍔🍗! My son even cleans his plate with their chicken, rice and fries. Now, with a new breakfast all day menu (haven’t tried it yet, but can’t wait) added, I’m sure this place will stay at the top of our list! This high praise from a tough food critic. The food (he likes the reguar chicken sandwich cmbo with leminade), which is usually just for him, is ready right away, and hand-delivered to you. I occasionally get a milk shake (strawberry is my favorite), but today I did try the breakfast chicken and waffle sandwich. So good! I will get it again. IN fact, I should have gotten a milkshake AND the chicken and waffle sandwich. One last thing, can you please, please bring back the chicken salad sandich? I loved that.“

This location gets steady traffic and always has a great, hard working staff that does their best to provide excellent service. Last night, there was a hiccup with my order-half of it was missing and was possibly given to someone else (mistakes happen, and when it’s super busy, it’s understandable) and the manager on site, Diana provided the best service I’ve received in a long while. She remade my whole order and apologized sincerely for the wait, even giving me a complimentary drink for having to wait. I’ve worked in the restaurant/fast casual dining industry and I understand how rough it can be sometimes, so I wasn’t upset at all. She confirmed every item on my order when it was ready to ensure the best possible service. The regular non-spicy chicken sandwich that I ordered was truly the best chicken sandwich I have ever eaten.
