“Lovely dining experience for a friend's birthday. Atmosphere is cozy and warm. We shared food amongst 3 hungry people! Burrata, foccacia, pumpkin ravioli (sweet), beef bolognese, and short ribs. I would recommend the foccacia and bolognese. Drinks were unique. I highly recommend trying the Mockery, refreshing and fruity. To top, they beautifully plated a dessert we brought in at the end for the birthday girl. Wonderful service!“

“I am new to the area and started coming almost once a week. I was impressed with the service off the bat. Staff is incredibly friendly and is always happy to help. They welcome you as soon as you enter and say thank you as you leave. I have been continuously impressed with the cleanliness. I had a later order than usual and as they were breaking everything down, I noticed that they were cleaning and dismantling the top of the grill to clean. I have been happy to keep coming back.“

“Pupatella is a great spot for delicious food! Order the cannolis. The zesty lemon flavor with the creamy ricotta and salty pistachios was to die for! “Staff at any time is always friendly and store and restrooms are always clean. They crunch doing rush time and you can tell everyone knows their position very well and the menu. The managers are just spot on and I would recommend very strongly that they may have a tip cup by the registers. So many ppl including myself would love to tip in cash or credit/debit as well. I just love potbelly like really I do. This is my fav one in the Reston, Herndon area. So Kool.

Vegetarian options: Very healthy vegan choices. Um, you can like all the way personalize your order to a T. That just awesome.

Kid-friendliness: Yes, I totally see like family oriented space and kid choices on menu. Many ppl bring their loved ones, including children.“
