Normally I have a really great experience here and have no complaints as everyone who works there is professional and friendly and the food is great, but the other day I took my drink to go to finish it, as one does, and I opened it to eat the ice, and towards the middle there was a roach exoskeleton and I was so disappointed and disgusted. I’m thinking it’s just a one off experience because it’s never happened before, but it was very off putting.
I go to this location for lunch sometimes and even at its busiest they are incredibly fast and efficient. The line has looked pretty daunting a few times but it's still so quick and easy to get through. The staff is also excellent and friendly without being overbearing.

Consistently good service along with hot and fresh food, what else could you ask for? A Latino gentleman who wears glasses (I'll get his name next time and update) who I believe is a manager is always particularly nice to me as well. Even when I come in as a doordash driver instead of a customer he offers me a water cup and is very friendly. Great place.
