Hangry Joe's Hot Chicken & Wings offers a variety of options on their extensive menu, including their Chicken Sando and Jr. versions. The spice level of their dishes may vary, as some customers found the medium spice to be quite spicy. The service is praised for its helpfulness and pleasantness, as seen when a manager willingly issued a refund. The restaurant is kept clean, with a notably clean bathroom. Customers appreciate that the food is good and always quick, and the menu has recently expanded, giving guests more choices to try. The attention to detail and professionalism are also highlighted, with staff showing a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. However, locations and online presence could use improvement for easier access. Some feedback mentions that the cheese used in loaded fries varies depending on the location, with a particular location using a cheese sauce that didn’t meet all customers’ expectations.
