I always come to Check Fil at Chantilly Shopping Centre, where Leyan displays great customer service. Her warm welcome, product knowledge, and genuine recommendations consistently make my visits enjoyable. I always wanted to get her name, yet I was lucky to do so yesterday. Whether dining in or using the drive-through, Leyan's qualities deserve recognition. She truly enriches my experience at Chick-fil , keeping me satisfied. keep up the good work.Kid-friendliness: NA

This is a nice place. We stop weekly while going to our prenatal appointments.The workers are nice and friendly. The food is typical Chick-fil-A goodness. We normally go between 930am and 1030am, mostly Tuesdays or Thursdays, depending on our appointments in that area. The tables are almost always dirty at that time. We have to wipe our own table and seat because of leftover food debris from past customers. It gets old really but it is conveniently located and you know pregnancy...read full review

I don't know what happened in the last month, but the service is horrendous.Repeat my order, then give me the wrong thing and charge me more!I will let everyone in Chantilly know and recommend the Fair Lakes location.Feel free to reach out.
