Her warm welcome, product knowledge, and genuine recommendations consistently make my visits enjoyable. I always wanted to get her name, yet I was lucky to do so yesterday. This is a nice place. We stop weekly while going to our prenatal appointments.The workers are nice and friendly. The food is typical Chick-fil-A goodness. We normally go between 930am and 1030am, mostly Tuesdays or Thursdays, depending on our appointments in that area. The tables are almost always dirty at that time. We have to wipe our own table and seat because of leftover food debris from past customers. It gets old really but it is conveniently located and you know pregnancy cravings.

After picking up the food the bag was busted and all the food was dropped on the ground over a puddle, i went back to the store to place another order and was explaining what happened to the gentleman on the drive through, and the manager “wendy” i believe was her name, interrupted us and told me to come to the window.when i went to the window she came and very rudely said “so you want another bag?!”, i was explaining that i wanted to order the same order again, she interrupted me again and told me to come inside the store…she said because i don’t have a receipt she’s gonna have to charge me again, even though i was never given a receipt to start with, she could’ve easily looked it up though she just didn’t seem to care.I have never, in my life seen a manager with this horrible attitude before, not sure how she is a manager at a place known for extraordinary customer service.

This Chick fil A will not grab any medal for service or food. They are located near the Expo Center and changed the location across the parking lot some time back; finding the drive through lane is not very intuitive, nor enough signs are there. I have visited them for years, they are often either short or wrong on handing out the condiments. Today the two people at the window could not scan my app after few tries and could not understand simple conversation. Most importantly, the deluxe sandwich tasted bad and is nowhere near the other famous fast food chain that thrives on chicken sandwich. Most other Chick fil A places in the area are managed better.
