The staff is always friendly and goes the extra mile offering to get drink refills or throw out your trash when you are done eating. The gold standard for fast food dining experiences. Their roast beef was good as always. The front desk girl struggled to take an order of the lady in front of me for over 5 min. So I gave up and placed an online order before she finished.“

“I lived in Georgia for a long time, and that's where Zaxby's started. Everyone had their favorite spot, some better than others. This is the only one I know of in Virginia. I'm not sure I'd make a special trip, but if I'm in the area, I'll stop by. The food's decent, the place is clean and quiet. The staff was great when I went. It reminds me a little bit of Georgia.

I had buffalo fingers and fries; theirs are seasoned, and I really like them when they're hot. My friend had the chicken sandwich. You can pick your spice level, but it's not super intense like some hot chicken places. There's plenty of food, ours was hot and fresh, and we enjoyed it.“

“The Luxe Box was awesome as was the bean burrito! Employees were pleasant. The restaurant was clean. The only issue were multiple homeless men in and around the store. That made it a bit uncomfortable while dining in. I am not sure what the employees could do about... probably nothing.“
