“They make great sandwiches. Go meat and when they remember to include the au jus to dip the french dip its perfect. Simon remembered the last time to include it and I appreciate it. I tried to mention to the manager about how disappointing it is when they forget the dip for the french dip but I was told he was too busy to come to the phone. I'm a frequent customer so I guess I'll have to be too busy to eat here!“

“I wanted to try this hamburger chain, I was not disappointed.The quality of the burgers is very good, you can customize it by adding the ingredients you want.The fries are pretty good too.The whole thing is frankly fat, the sign could be renamed “Fat Guys”.The service is average since you have to wait for your order at the counter, around other customers. The staff then shouts the order numbers; often without response from the customer concerned...In terms of atmosphere, we eat in the corridor of the airport terminal, so not great.The value for money is honest: more expensive but better quality than a McDonald's; cheaper but less well presented than in a real restaurant.“
“Ordered pretzel bites and cheese sauce, and while the flavor was pretty good the pretzel bites weren't warm and tasted like they'd been sitting out a bit. Customer service could also be better/friendlier tooEdit: Went back today and had a great experience. Updating my rating accordingly.“

“I am a big fan of Potbelly. Whenever I see them around, they become one of my top choices of fast food places to go.I like grilled and hot sandwiches, not a big fan of cold cuts or sandwiches that are served cold. Here they prepare your sandwich, the way you like it and then it goes through the toaster over conveyor belt, making the entire sandwich, hot and toasty.... Then they place whatever toppings you want.I got the grilled chicken and cheddar and it was yummy.... Lots of table in front of the restaurant to sit down and eat.“
“The food is always hot and fresh. Customer service is really good. Every time I do go there I get an amazing experience and the employees always make sure to tell me have a great day. Definitely a 10/10 if you ask me. I was really impressed.“
“It's a great place for quick lunch. This particular place felt like almost a family venture. The women who made sandwiches made sure to ask if we wanted everything in the sandwiches. The cashier (an older man) was really polite and pleasant. Space was clean. I would only avoid jalapeños in their sandwiches if you don't like spicy food because they were really on the spicy side. I'd come back to this place.“
“A pretty good spot located inside the terminal D of the Washington Dulles Airport, with some nice variety of sandwiches to pick from. Today while having a layover at Dulles, I went there to grab something quickly. And I had a sandwich called Pizza Melt and it was a good call. Tasted good, a bit hot but ok ??.“
“I feel like this place is a hit or miss. I’ve been there three times now. The first time it was amazing, the last two times not so much. In my first visit, we had sushi and it was great! Tasted good and was freshness In my second visit, the chicken teriyaki wasn’t fully cooked and had fatty pieces. The sushi didn’t feel fresh and was lacking flavor too.“
“I was this morning at Jersey Mike's in Dulles airport, I was surprised to see how busy the place was and how fast the line moved, very clean and very nice place, with very nice employees.. would definitely recommend this place and for its since i will be back again“
