My first visit to a Potbelly... it was simply awesome! Tried the Wreck, added bacon & avocado �����!!!
Food is always great and on par with other Potbelly locations in nova (e.g., Fairfax, Reston, Tysons, etc). As for the service, I was just relieved that nothing went wrong when I picked up my sandwich today. Service can really be hit or miss here. I’ve witnessed employees *start* to prepare my orders 10-15 min after the given pick-up time (even when it wasn’t particularly busy).
