“Its a good burger, had not been to a 5guys in a long time. I did like it better then smash or shake shack.Lots of toppings to choose from. From what I remembered the normal order of fries was a whole field worth of potatoes, so just got a small order and it was still a bunch. They dont skimp on fries.
They are a bit more pricey then others but the meat was good, and for an occasional fast food burger craving, its worth it.“

“I would like to personally thank Elijah at this location, After going into another location and was told that I could not get four subs Cut into threes enough to make for 12 people to eat. I don’t think the girls at the Manassas’s location understood what I was asking for and they told me if it was a catering issue that it had to be done a day before I asked them if I was to walk in here and order four subs would they be able to do that order and they told me no that they didn’t have enough bread? I then called another location and Elijah picked up the phone. I asked him if I could place four subs and if he could please cut them and he said that we always cut them and I said well thank you I will be right there to pick them up. Elijah had great customer service him and his Coworker were very understanding of the time crunch that I needed this in and they went above and beyond at the Bristow location.“

“I lived in Georgia for a long time, and that's where Zaxby's started. Everyone had their favorite spot, some better than others. This is the only one I know of in Virginia. I'm not sure I'd make a special trip, but if I'm in the area, I'll stop by. The food's decent, the place is clean and quiet. The staff was great when I went. It reminds me a little bit of Georgia.

I had buffalo fingers and fries; theirs are seasoned, and I really like them when they're hot. My friend had the chicken sandwich. You can pick your spice level, but it's not super intense like some hot chicken places. There's plenty of food, ours was hot and fresh, and we enjoyed it.“

The store was super clean. There was somebody cleaning the backs of the seats and the benches sweeping the floor and everything looks spotless.

When I went to put up my tray the young man sweeping the floor smiled and put his hand out to grab it.

Are the team members were absolutely great And deserve all the credit. I would imagine the management staff is leading in the right direction.

“The food was delicious and it’s the first time my kids had eaten at Arby’s, they’re vegetarian. AJ our cashier was absolutely amazing and I just wanted to give him a shout out.

“the sole employee there on Tuesday sept 2, 2025 is a hard working gentleman and cuts no corners. We showed up close to closing (sorry) and he served us the best food and experience that we’ve ever had at any Wendy’s during the day. The JBC was picture perfect. I’ve never seen a more beautiful burger before. Everything is usually rushed through these days and thrown together haphazardly. This man gave us fresh food and exceptional service. “Every time I come into this Wawa the employees are so friendly especially the older lady at the cashier in the mornings. The coffee is always so good. Sometimes it runs out but the ladies behind the counters serving food always hurry up and refill. Over all the workers here are great.“
