The sandwich with the red sauce 8.8/10 nice healthy pieces of chicken, the Mac and cheese 9.2/10 the top was nice and crispy and the cheese was super creamy. Now the Banana pudding 9.8/10 nice thick pudding not watery at all the wafers were perfect bringing my total score to 27.8/30. the portions are well balanced!! Stopped by last night and had a great experience. This is a family-run halal spot and you can really feel the hospitality when you walk in. The owners are very friendly and welcoming, and the service was great. The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly.

“Took the entire family to Freddy's to get for the July lunch and noticed it would make a great vantage point to come back at night to watch fireworks. So we had a great time they are there's great food for young people in older lake The kids loved it but the star of the show was coming back later last night to watch the fireworks being launched from Fairfax high School by Fairfax City for their annual fireworks display. The parade was rained out and we feared the fireworks would be as well but they weren't a place was packed the streets were packed every place was packed but if we're nothing else check Freddy's out for the most epic spot to watch fireworks from. Everybody had a spectacular time and don't forget they're frozen custard is legit 10 out of 10 will go again next year and many times to eat there before then.“

Unsure of how healthy it actually is, but it makes you feel like you're getting a slightly healthier option than the deep-fried fast food options. Atmosphere seems fine for dining solo or with others. Small space if dining wth a group. Will definitely return if in the area!“

“All McDonald's should be the same across the DMV I WAS IN FAIRFAX COUNTY no McDonald's I can compare it to not in SE Washington, DC; PG County or Alexandria, Va. In Fairfax there was a lady constantly wiping down tables keep the soda counter clean it was and amazing to see how clean that McDonald was kept. Manager even brought the food to one person table. Just excellent customer service. I felt like I had travel out of DMV.“

“Chicka Loca is a hidden gem, and the Bistec alo Pobre sealed the deal for me. This dish was everything, a well seasoned, tender steak cooked to perfection, topped with a fried egg, and loaded with crispy fries and sweet fried plantains. Every bite was rich, hearty, and packed with authentic Latin flavor.

The portion size was incredibly generous, easily worth every penny. The steak had a wonderful sear on the outside while staying juicy on the inside, and the way it all came together on the plate felt like true comfort food done right.

The vibe at Chicka Loca is warm and welcoming, the service was attentive, and the food came out in great time. If you're anywhere near Fairfax and you haven't tried this place yet, do yourself a favor and get in there. Start with the Bistec alo Pobre you won't regret it. I'll definitely be back!“

“This is my favorite Subway. I have been to many subways in my lifetime. I've never been impressed to where I thought I'd write a review. I've come here three times so far and each time I was greeted with a smile. The vegetables are always fresh and the store is always clean. The employees are always patient with me and my kids because we never know what we want. One day I had gotten off of work and got some mud in the store from my boots. They were not angry at all, definitely didn't do it on purpose, but they could see how exhausted and hungry I was at the time. Because of how nice they are to me, my family and the atmosphere this will be my forever subway! Keep doing what you're doing. ❤️❤️“

This venue is located right across from the movie theatre, a few other shops and eateries. There's plenty of parking in the front, on the side and the back of the lot. Check their hours before going because on rare occasions they may update them due to staffing changes.“
