We have worked with Charity, at the Fair Lakes Chick-fil-A, many times for our Waples Mill Elementary PTA and can’t be more complementary! They have supported countless events, we’ve made purchases from this store for our families, and today they donated 2boxed of coffee with all of the accoutrements for our PTA Board meeting. We are just incredibly thankful for their community, outreach and generosity! Thank you so much, you are a wonderful!!

Chick-fil-A offers a clean and welcoming atmosphere with a nicely laid-out parking lot and store. The staff provides excellent customer service, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience. The restaurant is kid-friendly, with plenty of space and windows, and the food is consistently above average in quality. Customers often praise the atmosphere, which is nice and typical of a quality Chick-fil-A. The food is amazing, especially the chicken which is hot, crispy on the outside, and juicy on the inside—even during peak lunch rushes. The waffle fries are considered elite, especially when dipped in Chick-fil-A Sauce. Service is quick and efficient, making the experience feel more like a normal dinner rather than fast food. The staff is polite, orders are accurate, and the drive-thru is one of the fastest around. While the restaurant is spacious, clean, and fast, parking has become a concern as a large part of the lot is reserved for online orders and catering, leaving limited spaces for dine-in customers. Some customers use curbside pickup spots to eat in their cars, which can be inconvenient for others who need quick pick-up. Overall, this location is considered the best Chick-fil-A in the area, offering consistently good food and exceptional service.
