“Update 4/1/2025: Last 3 visits have been 100% better, putting 4 stars on the review now. Management has definitely made some changes in the staff, which was the best thing they could do.

Been here 6 times in the past month testing the staff as I assumed my 1st and 2nd visit mishaps were a simple mistake. However, they have missed items every single time except once. Management needs to get ahold of their awful staff, I hope they will reach out regarding this. Over $50 was fraudulently charged in total regarding my visits, which has occurred 5/6 times; this is a major red flag, avoid this location!“

“Stopped by this Subway recently and had a really good experience. The guy taking my order was super nice and friendly, and he made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it. Everything tasted fresh, and my order came out pretty quickly. The restaurant was also really clean, which I always appreciate. Definitely one of the better Subway locations I’ve been to.“

“I always go in super late, midnight to 12:30.
Usually place my order online, sometimes I forget, (Brenda, I think a manager) knows me by name and my order, has even brought out to my car when i get there, and assists with other things.
For a pizza place that try’s to keep it cavern like, the location is really clean, and staff is super nice.“

“2nd closest location to my work but everyone in my office goes to this location rather than the closest one because they are consistent, if you order double meat you actually get it, they are always on time with your order. Hell this location is better than the one by my house.“

“This was my first visit to the Sudley Manor location and it has changed my mind about Hangry Joe’s entirely. I hadn’t had the greatest experience with another location previously. And although I was initially skeptical, about whether they could make mild chicken without losing flavor, I’m glad I was wrong. The chicken was hot, juicy, very flavorful and came with the most amazing side of refreshing slaw. And while the food was tasty and made to order, their amazing front staff (Kayla), was the icing on the proverbial cake. Not only did she check in with me to ensure my order was correct, but she did so with a smile despite being busy. Another thing I look for when eating out, is a clean environment with aromas that entice not overwhelm. This location is super clean and well managed, so the checkout process was quick and straightforward. I am looking forward to subsequent visits and trying other menu items soon.“
