“Yesterday I went through drive through got Cobb salad and Chick-fil-A sandwich with extra extra maximum amount of pickles as when I pulled around after letting team member had mobile order I agreed when they confirmed my order that that was the way to go for a great A quality chicken sandwich. Sometimes I feel Chick-fil-A for salads should give Chick-fil-A fans like me option to add extra chicken cause I feel to be a Chick-fil-A lover you need extra chicken and not only that would recommend cucumber flavored pickles for my salad why not I feel cucumber-pickles flavored would go great together on salad and also I always have been a Chick-fil-A lover and sometimes I feel an extra maximum amount of pickles is not enough if you truly are a Chick-fil-A fan. We Chick-fil-A fans need that extra side of pickles on the side and cucumber flavored pickles to make the salads to continue to satisfy Chick-fil-A fans like me.“

I have been here three times now and have thoroughly enjoyed every visit. The fries and chicken were fresh and the service was very friendly. They have a family of new fans now!“

“Manager was very pleasant and helpful. She was working just as hard as her employees to make sure everyone had great customer service and perfect food. My one complaint is that they didn't have true Arby's straws. Those are wide enough to really enjoy Arby's shakes. Other straws collapse and crack. (But, I had one in my car. So I was still able to enjoy my thick & delicious shake.“

“Going here in the morning or afternoon has been great! Going in the evening seems to have disgruntled employees endeavoring to make sure the customers are actively dissatisfied. The cantina chicken quesadilla i usually get was markedly more spicy this evening. Painfully so. I may be wrong, but the employee seemed to be in a negative mood when we arrived but found something to be giddy about after handing us the food.“

The customers were kinda rude and have no patience, but all of the employees acted very professional and respectful to them. Customers need to be more kind to the people that work in the food industry.“

“First let me say upon pulling up to the drive thru speaker the employee had rude tone before evening saying a word. Once we get to the window to pickup my food, the employee was rude. They also messed up my order. I ordered 2 maple chicken croissants w NO bacon. I received 2 with bacon and NO maple butter. I ordered an ice coffee w chocolate and received a tea with chocolate. I contacted Wendys to try and receive a refund and it was denied. Obviously this location has issues.“

“Of all of the Subways in the area, this one is definitely one of the better ones. Service here is good, the manager is very nice, the store feels clean, and the likelihood of the food here being fresh is higher than that of other nearby locations. If you're in the mood for Subway, I recommend this location over others.“

He helped me and another couple get set up with the wonder app and gave recommendations on which foods to try. I highly recommend the wonder Reston location and if you get a chance to meet Labrell he will put a smile on your face and brighten your day!!“
