“Picked up a mobile order after sadly realizing McDonald’s was closed… and I even placed ANOTHER order in the drive thru… all at 11:30 at night after forgetting to also order extra for my boyfriend lol. Even after my late unprepared arrival, I’ve never had such pleasant customer service in my life, especially at a Taco Bell. Major shout out to the minimum wage workers who still went out of their way and made me feel like a princess. Thanks Taco Bell!“

First and foremost, the food was noticeably fresh. I ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese, and it was clear it had been made just for me. The beef patty was hot and juicy, the lettuce was crisp, and the bun was soft. The fries were perfectly golden and salted, exactly what you hope for but don't always get. It was a world apart from the sometimes-soggy, pre-made feeling you can encounter at busy highway rest stops.

The service was another highlight. The team behind the counter was working like a well-oiled machine. Despite a steady stream of customers, the line moved swiftly. The young woman at the register was incredibly friendly and patient, offering a genuine smile that really starts your day off right. The order was accurate and ready in what felt like record time.

The store itself was immaculate. The dining area was tidy, the floors were clean, and the tables were promptly wiped down. It’s clear the management takes pride in maintaining a pleasant environment for guests. Furthermore, the ample parking was a huge relief. I was driving a small SUV, and I had no trouble finding a spacious spot to pull in and relax for a moment before continuing my journey.

“My husband and I stopped at the Front Royal, VA restaurant and were greeted by smiling faces as soon as we walked in. The two ladies in the front were filling in from the Woodstock restaurant. They both had such great personalities. Very friendly and full of energy. The young man cleaning the dining room said he has worked there for about 6 years and he too was very friendly and personable. In addition, the food was fresh and tasty.
Before leaving I felt it necessary to let them know that this was our best KFC experience in years and thanked them. I am terrible with remembering names and wish I could name each of them. I believe one of the ladies was Kimberly. This crew is exceptional.
I should also say that this was one of the cleanest restaurants and bathrooms I've seen. 5 stars all the way.“
