“My adult kids and I come here all the time. It's nice that candy knows our order now and how each one of us like our subs. Yes we don't try new things we stick with what we like. Candy knowing our orders shows that she values the customers. We are not just a blank face she takes the time to go above and beyond. Plus I have seen her personally deal with customers who were rude and by her calmness and professionalism she had two customers who were nasty become very nice and apologetic by the end. It's not easy dealing with rude people but she made it look effortless and maintained composure the whole time and they even clearly saw it and became nice. The food is really good here and with candy working there the service is 100! Will continue to come back.“

“Damien is a fantastic employee! He was there by himsefl tonight and went above and beyond to assist the customer in line in front of me, he was making 4 - 5 sandwiches for her, When I walked in, he acknowledged me and apologized that it would be a minute before he could get to my order. After finishing with the first customer, Damien immediately handled my order. . I work in retail myself and know these situations can be frustrating especially when working alone and having large orders. However, Damien was kind, courteous and professional the entire time. Damien is an asset to your company and a great example of what customer service should be!“
