“I walked in around 7:45pm on a rainy, Tuesday night. The restaurant was completely empty, and Daphne was sweeping the floor. As soon as I walked in, she greeted me with a huge smile and said, "I'll be right with you." She immediately stopped sweeping and came over and was just so nice and friendly during my whole ordering process. She really seemed to enjoy her job and take pride in her customer service. Very nice experience.“
“Jersey Mike's has been a staple for years. Started noticing a decline all around at my usual stops; skimping on meat, lackluster employees, dirty eating area, dirty and poorly maintained restrooms. I had almost relegated myself to settling for Subway. Stopped into this location on a detour from my regular route, having read positive reviews. Been here multiple times now, and found it to be consistently like my old favorites. Good portions, clean, and the employees are terrific. Worth the extra time and fuel to drive out of my way to get here. Haymarket and South Riding should take a few notes.“
“I know people have long days but, the young lady fixing our sandwich looked sad and depressed.She did not want to be at work.No other customers inside and we just had to come in her shift. ?Never again. I'll go to another resturant before shopping here.“
“I have been a Subway Sandwiches customer now for 30 years. In that time I have eaten at 100 or so different locations throughout the northern Virginia area and beyond. And I'd have to say about 55-60% of those restaurants are complete Garbage (rotten vegetables and employees). About 30% of the locations are OK places (good enough, but nothing great). And the rest are very nice establishments. Now comes this place, This Subway is THE BEST Subway restaurant I have EVER been to (and I have been to a lot of them). I have been going to this Subway for 3 years now. The different employees come and sadly go, but one thing always remains constant, everybody who works here are Exceptional Individuals (if they don't like their jobs, they don't make it the customer's problem). Always very happy to make your sandwich Exactly the way you want it; And always Nice to talk to. No matter who's behind the counter, it's always the same. ..Not bad management for a 'gas station'.“
“Sad they do not have the Curry Chicken Salad anymore, but still very good food. The person at the register didn't know the menu as well or didn't want to make recommendations. Small inside, but had outside seating. It's getting a little chilly for that.“
“Consistently good food, I always ask make my own sandwiches so I can’t speak for their menu items, however most of the their ingredients like veggies usually taste fresh and their bread is always good. Their cookies are good too and they stock some good jalapeño chips.“
“There is particular Hispanic young lady who I find to be a little rude. I often visit and each time she’s behind the counter preparing my food she seems to be a bit rush y with my order. I usually have special details (not complicated at all) about my sandwich that she seems to disregard and simply not take seriously. I truly hope that she understands she is working in a “customer service” based environment and should practice being a little more friendly. She’s the only one whom I’ve dealt with there who i particularly find rude and dismissive. Also, while I was in the middle of giving her my order, she totally yawned in my face with out even covering her mouth or excusing herself. Unprofessional and rude towards a customer in my opinion.“
“Great location, very convenient. I had subway after a while and let me tell you, it was great!! The cookies were also cooked to perfection. Everything was so new and the store looked really clean. The staff was very nice as well. I'll be coming back more often :)“
“My husband and I had a great experience here the other night. Sandwiches were good and service was quick. We had an issue with our perks and the man working ( I didn’t get his name) was so kind and helpful. He had an amazing attitude and seemed like he was genuinely happy having a great day. This gentleman really deserves recognition this was Monday night 1/29 at 7:55pm. Our visit was refreshing.“
