“I stopped at this Subway because I was in a rush. The location is off Westfields after the gas station. Entering the facility, I found it immaculate. I found it very, very clean. The setup for the food was good, and the items appeared fresh - and that's a plus. The server was very courteous and remarkably friendly, which sets the tone of the Subway experience. The food was good and so filling. I couldn't finish it right away, which means the servings were above average. Keep that in mind because I know I will because I'm going back. Price wise, it could be better, but it's inflation season. I would recommend it just because of the friendliness by itself, but the did is fresh. Enjoy.

“Great Customer Support & Problem Solving!I went to Subway to get their national Meal of the Day deal, which is supposed to bundle that specific day’s featured 6-inch sub along with a small fountain drink and a choice of a side (either a bag of chips or 2 cookies) for a discounted promotional price.Unfortunately, I was initially rung up for full price on all items rather than the bundled deal price. When I asked for a refund, the employee on shift wasn't quite familiar with how the POS system registers the daily promotion. However, they immediately called the manager to sort it out.Even though the manager wasn't physically there, he handled everything smoothly over the phone, guided the staff, and completely fixed the billing error so I walked away with the correct promotional deal. He went above and beyond to make things right, showing a lot of patience and professionalism throughout the process. I really appreciate a business that takes care of its customers when a system or staff mix-up happens. Thank you to Elias the manager for the excellent service!“

“Been ordering from here for over a year now. Convenient location, clean store, friendly staff, good take-out foods. Only complaint I have is it is opened at 10AM. If I order online, the first pickup is 10:15 AM which is understandable. However, when I get there at 10:15AM, often time they didn't even know about the order so another wait of 10 more mins. There is a disconnect between the online system and the people at the store. Please have this fixed. Time is critical in the morning when we need to get somewhere on time.“

“Hidden in the university mall shopping center is this well decorated restaurant/cafe. The staff is so friendly and the service is so fast. We had the sea salt coffee which is delicious. You must also try any of their banh mi’s. They offer a meal deal as well. Incredibly affordable!“

“This was my first time at Firehouse Subs. I ordered the steak and cheese on garlic bread along with french fries. I can honestly say this was the best steak and cheese I’ve ever had and I loved the thick fries. I originally went to purchase a Thanksgiving turkey sub, but they were limited time only and I missed out, I bet it was as good as a commercial showed. Either way I will be back!!!“

“Stopped by a Subway inside a gas station and honestly walked away impressed. The team was clearly busy, but you wouldn’t know it from the way they handled everything. Every employee was smiling, staying positive, and working together like a well-oiled machine.

The line moved quickly, orders were made carefully, and nothing felt rushed or sloppy. You could tell they were well staffed and well managed—everyone had a role and executed it. Even with the rush, they kept the place clean and the energy upbeat.

It’s not easy to maintain that kind of service during peak times, but this crew made it look effortless. Great experience all around—this is exactly how it should be done.“

“It’s a good place to grab a quick bite, on some days operation is sometimes slow. But they make up for it on the prep time. The atmosphere is like a sandwich chain like you find near a plaza or mall. The Manager (Wendy) is a great with the food service.
