Subway is a well-known fast-food restaurant celebrated for its fresh ingredients and customizable sandwiches. The staff is generally attentive, though some customers have experienced inconsistent service from certain employees. One employee, Ruth, has been highlighted for her excellent customer service, helping resolve issues with a smile, while another staff member received negative feedback for being stingy and rude. The restaurant maintains a clean and organized environment, with fresh-tasting vegetables and breads. However, some customers raised concerns about hygiene practices, noting that staff sometimes do not change gloves between preparing and ringing up orders. Overall, Subway offers a reliable dining experience, though there are areas for improvement in customer service and cleanliness.
