Worst Subway ever! Bread was hard, Lettuce brown and they ran out of water cups! Bathroom was clean though it says "closed" on the door. Shop is hard to reach without driving out of the way. Inside is small and awkwardly shaped.

I ordered from the app for pick up. My bank account was charged and when I got there no food for me to pick up. They said they didn't get my order but my bank account was charged. Manager had an attutide. Wouldn't suggest this location. It's a scam.

Extremely rude little girls working here. Throwing toppings on the sandwich without any care and when I asked for more toppings one of the Spanish/ Arab looking girls told me no because she wouldn’t be able to close my sandwich. When I kept asking her she told me “it’s just a sandwich, calm down”.News flash! If you don’t like making sandwiches then don’t apply for a job at Subway! It’s a part of the job description! Many people would be grateful to have any job at all. These rude little girls need customer service training.Please just go to a different subway a few minutes away, no one should have to feel stressed when ordering food!And for management, if you want to identify the girls they were working the night shift on Thursday 10/12.

I regret coming here, PLEASE CHECK YOUR SANDWICHES! MAKE SURE ALL INGREDIENTS were given in sandwich BEFORE LEAVING!! Wish I could give ZERO STARS. The workers leave out ingredients you put on your mobile orders since you are not watching them make the order. We were sitting at the table waiting for our order to be made. Since we arrive a little earlier and don't want to rush them by eyeing them down watching them make the sandwich. I ordered a mobile order and the lady making my subway missed the mashed avocados on the monster cheesesteak and missed 2x pepperjack cheese for the Mexicali. I was so glad we were dining inside so I could walk up to the counter open my sandwich so I could show her proof there was no melted cheese inside the sandwich just the chipotle sauce. As I opened my sandwich for her too look as proof she said nah I put it I saw it and I put it and kept arguing with me saying she put it while I have the sandwich open for her and the other employee to review for themselves. She gave us the smashed avocados on the side.

It's better to go in and order verses online, online order incl items I didn't ask for, they put the heel of the onion, they didn't incl condiments requested, in the late evening, the bread is hard, just plain trifling, the sandwich after eating only half, of the nasty tasting sandwich,it literally gave me diarrhea and running stomach allllll night, will NEVER eat from this location again

I just walked in to Subway and a staff member greeted me. She continued cleaning but no came out to take my order or even an attempt to take my order. I was standing the store for 10 minutes just completely ignored. Worst Subway I've been to I just walked out!!
The food is subway and it was what you should expect to get from subway, so it was good. The staff was fast and listened to what you asked for. They didn’t say much as they were focused on making sandwiches fast and correct. Everything looked fresh (no browning lettuce or spinach, tomatoes juicy etc) The restaurant was clean and organized the best they can with the space they had. If you are in the mood for subway would recommend a stop in.

It is one of the best managed Subway in Fairfax. Fresh tasting veggies. Fresh baked breads. Made exactly to order ? Line can get long during lunch hour because it is popular. Employees are very nice for Subway. Clean store. Employees change gloves once every order.
The two starts are for the young spanish girl. The 2 asian girls are not nice specially if you are black. The older lady always keep eying the young girl when she serves me , today was another young Asian girl and it was worse. They are not welcoming and dont like black people. I saw them with other races. Sad but you will never be better than me. I pay for my food , it is not free.

Food is what you expect Sunday to be so no issues with the food. Issue comes with the staff. If you come here make sure you pay with a card because staff doesn’t know how to count money. Give them cash with coins and they couldn’t count them so they just put in what they thought was right. In the end got charged extra $0.28. It’s not that it is a lot of money it is just the principle of it. Take the time to count the money or hire someone who will
